Employees were also given work phones while being paid unlivable wages, and the attendance point system felt heavily restrictive and unfairly enforced, creating constant pressure and instability. Communication from management was poor, with unclear expectations and little follow-through. Coaches were frequently rude or dismissive, and there was little to no recognition or appreciation for hard work, even when employees consistently went above and beyond. Concerns raised by staff were often ignored or minimized, including serious interpersonal issues between coworkers, which were not handled appropriately. Overall, the environment reflected poor working conditions, low accountability, and little support for employees. However Recently came after a long hiatus and the place has really fallen off. I wanted help today and was unable to receive any good aid. Firstly requested prospecting equipment I was told wasn't there and I found myself, as I continued to need help i went to the register where four employees were doing nothing and asked them where items were and they were completely clueless and looked around, what a joke.
