On July 18th, at about 4 PM I received the message of a prescription ready at C.V.S on441 in Mt Dora. I arrived at the counter only to wait without being acknowledged. After about two minutes of giggling and having conversations with the pharmacist, a female came to the register at which time.I gave my name for a prescription pick up. She tossed a prescription onto the counter. I explained that I was not indeed of this prescription at this time. She snatched the bag and threw it into a basket behind her. Awful pharmacy. I got to the pharmacy at 4:59 and they had the gate halfway down and they close at 5 and they wouldn't give me my script. I'm from out of town and had this called in today. Completely rude and the blonde pharmacist tells me the register is shut down. As a health professional myself, I think that is awful to do to a customer. read more

Wonderful & friendly customer service from Melanie. She was a pleasure & is a professional. I'm from Virginia visiting family in Mt Dora & I heard some residents from Florida could be or at least practice racism. While I was shopping, there was a customer wearing a mask that read "Thanks China". Looking like he was trying in excite confrontation, she keep cool & acted professional. Needed a prescription filled. Had the vial and all details from MA pharmacy and doctor. First day: can't do it, need fax from Dr. Second day: cost $ 1500 plus change. Insurance does not cover RX. Third day: (after calling home several times) oops, had old insurance information. Fourth day: didn't get no fax Fifth day: going to fill ( generic only) RX today. Call after 5. Sixth day: we are out of this particular med. let me call Wallgreen's (no can do); the other CVS down the road (sorry,no) I say: we are leaving tomorrow. He says: well, I'm going to order some anyway. Maybe another customer will need it. read more

..... worst CVS Pharmacy ! Unfriendly, arrogant, unwilling to help ! Said they will fax my Dr. to get prescription re-filled - didn't do it for three days. Then said Dr. doesn't respond .... not true found out speaking with Dr. ..... then offered 3 (!!!) pills to cover me without having pills .... after 4 days I got tired of it getting played and went to a different Pharmacy (never CVS again). Had my prescription within an hour ..... without any issues (my old bottle said 1 refill left - what CVS did not accept). Avoid this location ! read more

Drop off a script and tell the pharmacist that the dosage has been increased. Do you have these in stock? "Oh, yes and come back in 2 hours." I come back and, of course, they do not have them in stock nor will they have them until after 5 the next day. You have my phone number and you couldn't pick up the phone so I didn't have to drive over there to find this out. Do you even both to look at the prescription? The person at the service window asked if I wanted the lower dose. I wanted what was on the script as prescribed by my doctor. No wonder I have high blood pressure. Incompetence and lack of courtesy is running rampant. read more

Just wanted to commend this pharmacy for always being so friendly & helpful. I shop there often & from the moment I come in the door, I see smiles & a feeling of gratefulness for my business.
