I went to the 6617 n. Kings hwy branch pharmacy, #3567, and ne Doctor prescribed a 300 mg medication for my heart, and the VA called to verify to prepare, the VA called me and said they spoke to the pharmacist and 300 mg was being prepared for pick, when I arrived I did not examine the med, when I arrived home I saw it was 30 mg from a previous prescription they refilled days prior, they would not return my calls to acknowledge this and I have several reason why, the VA, fedX, my 300mg, and said they would call CVS and clear up the mistake they made, and that I will no longer need that prescription, not one action made to talk to me at all, I learned a valuable life lesson, always check your meds at the store, and know what you picking up and make sure it's in your name, we are human, read more

Called on Thursday about having a prescription transferred. Called back on Tuesday after not hearing anything back. i've been fill my prescriptions at the CVS on international Drive for several years and believe it or not the service has gotten much better. Forget the drive-through and walk inside! there are three screens for signing in. the line moves quickly compared to the drive through. The pharmacist and the others in that department are very polite. read more

wish i could give this place zero stars. if you need any type of service that's not self checkout, don't even bother. god forbid you need to go through the drive thru. i recommend taking a full day off of work and bringing water and some food while you camp out waiting for someone to help the 5 cars in front of you. or just put your car in park immediately OR turn it off completely to save gas because you'll be idle for a minimum of 25 minutes. i am so against automating work and keeping jobs in place, but this place honestly makes me want either full automation or just the end of the world in general to just stop with the suffering this place gives me read more

Never have medicine ready on time, rarely answer the phone, and drive thru takes 10 minutes at least for 1 car. I don't understand what is going on here. the pharmacy one tried to give me someone else's medication but luckily I caught it before I left. read more

I continue to be amazed at the poor management of this CVS, and I say management because the people working there seem to really want to help you and apologize profusely when they are unable to. This is my last month using CVS to fill the sensors for a Libre' 2. They are always behind or can't seem to find the prescription refill they received just a few hours before and text me saying... your order is started! Would leave 0 stars if I could. Shame a neighborhood pharmacy treats neighborhood like this. Biggest thing Terrible customer service, then forget calling to talk to pharmacist, have had up to 1hr on old then hung up on, waited in drive-thru 45-60 mins, , Don't have scripts in stock consistently have to wait for them to order. I've been getting same 9 meds monthly at this place for around 2 yrs now. You would think after that amount of time they would know to have in stock. Wife has same issues with hers. And just found out my daughter-n-law has worse experience with my 1 yr old deaf n critically ill granddaughter. I've had enough. Switching. I am sick with Covid, after spending almost an hour on the phone to actually speak with someone, I was told I had to go inside to get Robutussin. I asked the Pharmacy why, and they said I could have gotten it through the drive thru. When people are sick, you should try to help, not make it more difficult, especially when someone tells you they tested positive for Covid. read more

Meds are never ready when they say they will be. ER called prescription in for me on March 25 it took 5 days to get them. The pharmacist told me they were promised for March 30. However I went on the 31st and they weren't ready. They charged me for diabetic supplies that I don't have to pay for. My insurance refunded me the money. I have to call refills in weeks before in order to have them. read more

My wife is suffering from a major illness, they have been nasty with her to the point she has cried. I can't imagine any business being run this way and it's. This is beyond disgusting. 11/15/2022.... Called the pharmacist, she told me to tell my husband to come to the store with insurance card. I do so. He arrives and he speaks to a male, the male had no idea what was going on. My husband was trying to get my sick childs medicine who has the flu. Absolutely the worst communication and help. Now we have to wait until tomorrow, just because the male would not put in the insurance information. read more

Pharmacy staff needs to work on customer service. They're obviously overwhelmed with the high volume of customers, however, the professionalism is just not there, unfortunately. Have a question? (A legitimate question, no, I'm not a "Karen".) Expect all shoulders or a backhanded comment. I've seen their posted sign saying "rate us a 9-10" and I just could never actually bring myself to do it. Once in a while there will be a really easy transaction with a friendly tech, but 90% of the time it doesn't go that way. (This review is strictly for the pharmacy, the front of the store has never been an issue.) I do know the name of one particularly extremely unpleasant pharmacy tech, but naming names would probably do nothing proactive. So, I've changed pharmacies. Never gave much thought to reading reviews for CVS before, until I started talking to other people and realizing they all have the same experience. So I went on Google and Yelp, and found a lot of the same. Just my two cents, to whom ever it may help. read more

Went to pick up my mother's prescription and was told it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes went back two hours later and was told to get back in line it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes, no one has time for this! The line had at least 10 people in it! read more

Have filled multiple prescriptions for my family and have never had any issues. Always pleasant staff despite being very busy. With everyone being short staffed and Covid being such an issue because so many people refuse to be vaccinated (my opinion, not trying to start an argument) I appreciate the people that are willing to work! try being more understanding and appreciative! read more

Every single time I've been to this CVS they have told me my prescription isn't ready or hasn't been called in. Then i go through the process of calling my doctors, and verifying it was sent in. Even go so far as reviewing text notifications that they are ready to be picked up directly from CVS then the pharmacist looks at you like you are crazy. Before leaving on a long trip, where I needed my medicine bc it couldn't be prescribed out of state, my husband and I went through the drive through where the car in front of us was delivering food to her "friend" AT THE COUNTER no lie I saw a McDonald's bag exchanged and nothing else and chatting for 20 mins holding us up. When it was finally our turn she said nothing had been called in. I immediately called my doctor and being proactive she called and said she called it in 3 days ago. I went back and they said " oh you didn't ask for it by name", i asked you if you had my refill and you said NOTHING WAS EVER CALLED IN. I came here for convenience in proximity to my home, but I'd happily drive far, far away for the amount of time they have wasted of mine and of my doctor who I'm sure could be helping people instead of talking to incompetent pharmacists. read more
