I do recommend the pharmacy as they are attentive but as for the front of the store check out specifically photos absolutely less interested in interacting. Because they've set up self Service check out they no longer provide service. So if you have a photo, you have to wait until they're finished restocking shelves so they don't interrupt their count so that you can stand there waiting, but we checked out for someone to reach behind a desk and pull something with your name on it. read more

Service has always been slow. No you have to "check in" on a kiosk at the pharmacy window and wait for someone to help you. The kiosk is an accurate, and also slow. It made the wait twice as long. It just took me 15 minutes to pick up a simple prescription, and there was essentially no line, except for the one or two people that were also trying to get the kiosk to work. This CVS is located in the small shopping plaza that sits at the corner of Old Hickory and Highway 70, sharing a space with Voodoo Gumbo, TJ Maxx and a few other local spots. While the store was decently clean and well stocked, it is in need of some love relative to the overall condition from the parking lot to the pharmacy. It is an older footprint and the age can be seen throughout the entire store. In addition to the condition, the service is also lacking here. I popped in for a prescription and waited close to 8 minutes at the counter before I was even acknowledged and once that happened, the service was brief and less than friendly. The service at the front counters was not much better. Overall, not a great CVS location. I had this set as my insurance providers go-to pharmacy, but I have since switched CVS locations. read more

CVS has horrible customer service. One can't even speak with the pharmacist or a manager or any real person for that matter. The automated system simply hangs up on you if you even try to speak to a person. Automation is good when helpful but sometimes good old fashion customer service requires store personnel actually picking up the phone and talking to the customer. I could not have let this one go had I been in okay financial shape. After going to the doctor twice within two days, I finally get prescribed meds that I hope will make me feel human again. I have someone pick up the prescriptions at CVS. I recieve the meds and total was $70ish. After carefully looking at each item, I realize my generous employer's insurance plan paid a hefty amount on all but 1. CVS sold me an OTC nasal spray that is priced at more than triple what I would pay if I walked in and grabbed one from the shelf. Pharmacy failed to let me know that #1, it was not a covered script and #2, that they were charging me over 3x what is charged OTC for the exact same medication. Sorely disappointed in CVS's practice. After I returned the unopened pharmacy bag (still stapled with untouched package inside) I was informed they do not take back any pharmaceutical items. read more

This pharmacy never answers the phone! They don't have a drive through either so it's very inaccessible to check on my prescriptions. When I do go inside to inquire about them, I'm often met with poor customer service from the same young woman and long wait times. The pharmacist in house has been very kind the times I've gotten helped by him, but it seems the rest of the staff is pretty unhappy. I hope they figure it out, I wish them all the best! read more

The staff at the pharmacy here seem to hate their jobs. They ignore you at the counter, act like they have all day to service you, and could care less about meeting your needs. I've never encountered a more miserable set of customer-facing employees in all my previous CVS experiences, which has spanned multiple states. I blame the store management for not addressing this. The pharmacist literally yelled at me telling me I was being impatient. I waited for quite a while before I could get someone to acknowledge that I was there I couldn't see or hear anyone there was no one else in line. There was no one on the phone, so just trying to get an acknowledgment that hey I'm here seem to set him off, but I read other reviews and it seems like this is common for this pharmacist, I can't believe CVS would want someone like that working for them with all of these negative reviews. Poor communication, rigid Pharmacy staff and misrepresentation of services offered. Website says they take walk ins for vaccination but we booked appointments anyway. We live 40 minutes away and drove to the appointment arriving at 1pm instead of 2pm. We passed three signs advertising walk in vaccine shots on our way in. There were no patrons in the store and no patrons in the pharmacy chairs. We checked in and the pharm tech ask the Pharmacist if he would see us and he said no, we would not have to return in an hour for the shots. We ask about the walk in option and he just shook his head no. So disappointing. If you have an option don't go to this location. They don't deserve your time and money. read more

My big complaint is that the system for electronic communications ( text and email notices, and app for ordering on line) needs serious work. It's frustrating and necessitates phone calls and long waits. Second, the staff didn't get my info updated after I moved from another state. I had to tell them 3 or 4 times not to send requests for refill orders to my former doctor 800 miles from Nashville. I am more a Walgreen's guy. But, I ended up going to CVS when I was printing pictures through Google. I find the building / location need to be re-touched. A new paint can go a long way. I didn't stay long, just collect my pictures and go. Ronald was helping me and nobody can be more helpful. I will return to this CVS when I need to print pictures. read more

Talk about the most vapid crew of 'professionals' behind the counter at this pharmacy. I was not greeted when I walked up to the counter while this slovenly woman tapped away on her phone right in front of me. When I finally asked for assistance she looked up and directed me to another area to check in for my vaccine. And again, what a treat this next 'customer care representative' was. She couldn't find the appointment that I made online and immediately dismissed me saying ''our vaccines are by appointment only.'' These hogg-faced people need some customer service training. I have had to come to this pharmacy off and on over the past few years and nothing changed. Customer service is still poor and some of the employees are just rude. Use to be great. Terrible Pharmacy now. They never had prescriptions ready no matter how far in advance you call them in. People in Pharmacy very rude. Many look very unkept and all the rings in the lips and noses. All the tattoos just look non-sterile. I have no objection to rings and tats but not in a "supposed" to be a sterile environment. "Nice stock," said the patron with a smirk as he glanced CVS up & down. Alas, the patron was correct. Though the aisles here are sometimes blockaded with inventory/stocking bins, it's generally clear and clean, stocked well, and has helpful staff. The pharmacy usually has between 3-5 people working and while they're helpful enough and clearly always doing work, you can find yourself waiting for what seems an unusual amount of time before being helped. The longest line I've been in was probably 4 deep. They also have a Minute Clinic, which I haven't used, and only ever seen 1 or 2 people waiting. This CVS is conveniently located in a plaza with a TJ Maxx, Lemongrass, Sweet Cece's, other food options, a nail salon, several fast food places, next to the Bellevue cinema, across the street from Athen's, many other food options, 3 gas stations, Kroger & its big plaza, etc. read more

This is the pharmacy closest to my house. I usually go to Walgreens, but I have a cold from hell, and I literally couldn't drive the extra mile. I bought a twin pack of DayQuil and NyQuil (the off brand CVS version. One bottle of real DayQuil was $10, and the CVS knock off twin pack was also $10). I also bought 3 boxes of Kleenex (with lotion, of course! Otherwise I'd just use toilet paper) for $4. Score! And a bag of super mentholy cough drops. All items I purchased were on sale, but only with a CVS card. Luckily I have one, but I wouldn't buy anything here without it. I got in and out quickly, mission accomplished! read more

Calling CVS on 7112 Highway 70S and trying to speak to someone in the pharmacy is a hit or miss proposition. I have called them and gotten put on hold for WELL OVER HALF AN HOUR before just hanging up. Last time I got put on a forever hold I hung up and drove down there. There were two people working and besides me and them, there was NO ONE AT THE PHARMACY. Today when my husband went in for me he waited in line for 45 MINUTES at the pickup counter while the six people in front of him got the pharmacy checkout person to ring up their f--ing groceries and chat as though no one was waiting behind them. The checkout person chatted with them at length and made no discernible effort to hurry them along. People should not be allowed to purchase anything besides drugs at the pharmacy counter because sick people often can't wait for grocery nonsense, e.g., they don't need to try to stand up that long. I plan to change pharmacies ASAP. This place sucks now! read more

I waited for 25 minutes for my Rx to be ready, being told by the cashier 'she had to count the pills' so it would take a while. The medication I got is a pack already in blisters, no counting needed. After it was ready, 25 minutes later, they asked me to sign the screen with a pen that was not clean or cleaned by the staff. When I asked for a tissue to hold it with I was given attitude and told they don't have any. I had to walk up to the front to get a tissue to hold the dirty pen they require customers to use! When I returned with a tissue I was given more attitude and in a rude tone told everyone was on the phone and I had to wait. I have no issue waiting but I do not appreciate being treated as if I'm a problem by shopping in their store! The staff needs to understand people don't return to places they are treated badly. This review is actually for the Minute Clinic inside the CVS. A few weeks ago my son began complaining of a terrible earache. Some other family members had had a cold so I chalked it up to the beginning of an ear infection and began trying to boost his immune system with homemade chicken soup and other wonderful things. Within an hour or so he was screaming in agony so we rushed down to the Minute Clinic at CVS. They were at lunch and there were several people waiting ahead of us. We signed in at the kiosk and sat down to wait. It was nearly 3 1/2 hours before we were seen and by that time my son was in hysterics. (Not to mention that my other three children were going crazy) When we finally got in we found the doctor and nurse to be very kind and compassionate. They took their time and spoke gently to my son as well as my other children. Although no ear infection was present at the time, they wrote a prescription for an antibiotic in case it worsened. They explained that his ear looked irritated and red and could become infected over the next few days. I never needed to fill the prescription but it was so good to know that if he had needed it I could have gone to pick it up without having to make another trip to the clinic. They even asked me which pharmacy I would like to have them call it into. Since it was just an antibiotic I had them submit it to the Publix because they fill those for free. It was nice to have the option of where to fill it. The next day the doctor called to check up on my son to make sure he was doing better and ask if we had any questions or concerns. It amazed me that they took the time to do this. I would have given them five stars if they had had another doctor there (there seemed to be two exam rooms but only one doctor/nurse team) to help speed up the wait times. There were only about 5 or 6 chairs which left most people waiting to be seen standing. Also, the kiosk you sign in at is facing the entire store and waiting area so it doesnt feel like your personal information is very private. Our visit cost us $100 out of pocket after the $20 or $30 discount we received from our insurance. I felt that this was reasonable. The doctor wasn't very knowledgeable about holistic methods. I didn't expect that she would, as it is a clinic. The also do physicals. I would go there again if one of my family members needed to be seen by a doctor that day. read more

My insurance policy changed and CVS is the preferred pharmacy for my prescription plan otherwise I would not be filling my prescriptions here. The CVS pharmacy staff in Bellevue, TN is not pleasant or courteous. I'm only referring to the cashiers, I've never had the opportunity to speak with a pharmacist, even though I should be offered a pharmacist consultation for some of my specialized medications (which has been the typical process when I filled those prescriptions at another local pharmacy). I've never been asked if I have any questions about my medications, or if there's been any changes to my allergies, etc. Also, there's absolutely no privacy because both registers are right next to each other. For instance, today while paying for my prescription I easily overheard the (unfortunate) medical and insurance issues of the person next to me, as well as their full contact information. Hopefully, you have an option for your prescriptions other than CVS, but if not be prepared for rude cashiers, lackadaisical pharmacists, and sharing your medical & personal information with the stranger standing next to you. read more

I wish I could separate a review between the CVS store and the Minute Clinic within. The store itself is fine. However, the clinic is terrible. My experiences have been plagued with misdiagnosis; a need for multiple visits for the same issue; long wait times (in some cases, over an hour); and worst, consistent misfiling of insurance. Minute Clinic has a corporate location that does all its billing separately and does not communicate with its site personnel at all, leaving the customer helpless and without allies when navigating the confusing insurance process. Exceptionally inefficient corporatized model of medical care not helped by incompetent staff. read more
