This is an excellent pharmacy option. Walgreens has text and call updates with changes to your medication, and the hours are generous for the pharmacy (until 10pm on weekdays) and 24 hours for three store. The techs here are really helpful and will definitely help you with your insurance or Rx cards if you have questions. Absolutely outstanding and efficient service. read more

I love the convenience the store since it's right by my house, but there is an older cashier that is literally the rudest and most condescending person I've ever met. I know I haven't caught her on a bad day, because I've had at least a dozen interactions with her. I literally tried to use a coupon in the Walgreens app and she told me, "get that crap out of my face. I don't know how to use that." then laughed at me in front of the other people in line, then scoffed and made a big deal about calling the manager. This is literally over using their own company app, she said she refuses to learn it. Why even have an app with coupons if your own employees won't learn how to use it? The other Employees have mentioned to me their problems with her as well. My friend had a knee replacement yesterday morning and was provided a pain killer by the hospital early this morning. However hours later, when she checked with the pharmacy, she was told the script would be ready in 30 minutes. This was 1:05. What they failed to tell her is that pharmacy closes at 1:30 for lunch. Could they not have arranged it to be ready at 1:25 so she could get the medicine before they closed? Could they not have just 1 employee for script pickup? She's now several hours past time shr should have had the pain killer and in a great deal of pain. read more

This pharmacy is unprofessional, unreliable, and generally a nightmare to deal with. Seriously take your business anywhere else. A random stranger standing by the dumpsters outside would be a far better option if you actually want your medication. I've had 4 prescription pickups in the last few months and not one has gone smooth. Each time the miscommunications have resulted in multiple wasted trips and endless wasted time. They have no clue what they're doing and it's obvious they do not have any communication between the people working here. Good luck if you choose to come to this location. read more

If you're looking for a pharmacy, please choose somewhere else. I've never had an efficient visit and get medication from them monthly. I've gone early in the morning, before lunch, late after work, and the line always moves slow and takes 20+ minutes. Try Kroger, Publix, or CVS instead. read more

I wouldn't return to this store if it were the last pharmacy on the planet. I received an automated call that my prescription refill was early, but because I was leaving on a trip, I needed it refilled about 12 hours ahead of when they said I could have it. I called to speak with a human and they treated me like I was a drug addict trying to get my drugs before I was allowed to have them. Surely there have been times when someone was leaving on a trip and needed to get a refill a day ahead of time! But no, this was simply not possible. I asked to speak to the pharmacist, and then someone came back on the line and told me there was nothing that could be done. I asked them if I was going to need to get a lawyer to get my prescription, and the guy hung up on me. Well, I dropped what I was doing, and drove to Walgreens on a rainy night to see just who this miserable jerk was who hung up on me. Well, it turned out that he had never let me speak to the pharmacist, he just pretended to be the pharmacist and kept telling me "No". When I actually got to speak to the pharmacist, he said he could refill the prescription if the doctor approved it. Well, by this time, my doctor had left his office, so when his answering service finally got ahold of him, he was also not feeling very helpful, as he had already sent in the prescription to them to be filled before he left the office, and since he was in California, the rules were different for approving the prescription, than in Tennessee. But the bottom like was, I was going to run out of pills the day before I left on my trip, and the Walgreens pharmacy workers could not have care less nor been less helpful. This tor deserves its low ratings, and the miserable jerk named "Tommy" needs to be fired. When I actually was able to speak to the pharmacist on duty, he explained the issue calmly and concisely, and helped me to understand what went wrong. But suffice to say, 30 days of pills do NOT last 31 days. I have consistently left great reviews this pharmacy because they are always working so hard and have been so helpful. Today, 11:00am, Nov 3rd, whoever was working the drive through either needs some time off or a different job. He was incredibly short & curt, rude, and was not helpful at all. I called ~6 days ago for refill of BP meds. They were to get MD authorization. I heard nothing so I contacted my MD myself and refill was sent in. Today I'm not only told the med has to come from their warehouse (it's a very common BP med) and won't arrive until tomorrow afternoon. Ok, so that's their process, get it. When I asked for assistance in troubleshooting any solutions at all, the guy said "I guess I can check" and looked at me. I stated "yes, can you?" He comes back and says "I ain't got any" and that's it. I HATE to have to switch pharmacies, it's such a hassle. But, here we are. See ya later Walgreens. It's been real. read more

In April 2022, Gov Bill Lee signed legislation SB 2188 making Ivermectin available over the counter without a prescription. But this Walgreens still demands one. My wife almost died from Covid a year and a half ago in the ER. She pulled through at the last moment thanks to prayer. Now she tested positive for Covid again this Saturday morning (via home test kit). Bad cough, getting worse fast. No Rx possible. So we're stunned by Walgreens' resistance to the Governor's billed designed to help We The People. BTW, we know how powerful Ivermectin is against Covid. I kicked that disease in 24 hours after taking it back when my wife almost died from Covid. NEVER use these people for film developing!!! They charge 4-5 TIMES what any other direct mail lab charged AND it took FIVE WEEK!!! I brought in a roll of Kodak Advantix film for development on Sept 10. I asked how much it would cost and they claimed not to know. Really? I asked how long it would take and was told UP TO two weeks. I checked back in person FOUR times over the following weeks (because they don't answer the phone) and every time I got a different lie and/or excuse. Finally after FIVE WEEKS I have the prints and they charged me over $95!!!!!! . OUTRAGEOUS!!! I had assumed it would be a reasonable price such as the $16 - $19 other places charge. By the time they dropped that bomb, after all the incompetence and NOT advising me about cost it's too late to do anything about it but pay or lose your prints. CROOKS! read more

Overall this store is convenient however be careful if you are planning to get a vaccine. The immunologist was rude and did not want to do her job. Actually my wife and I scheduled appointments to get our booster shots. Upon our arrival we were greeted in a very demeaning way. Instead of asking if we had vaccine appointments, we were hollered at from a distance that they would not wait on us if we did not have appointments. While administering the vaccine in a tiny cubicle, she had to be asked to pull up her mask wherein she replied I can't breath. Really? She did pull up the mask for a few seconds and it fell below her nose again. She also evidently doesn't know how to sanitize the procedure as my wife now has Cellulitis in her arm and is on antibiotics. So again. Just a word of caution!!! read more

This review is strictly about the pharmacist Ron at this location. He is so rude. I have gone out of my way to be nice to him and he has yelled at me at the window in front of other customers because I asked for my Walgreens rx discount card to be applied to my rx and he didn't want the tech to rering it because they were busy. I had already called and spoke to Tech Suzanne and ask her to use the card when ringing it up and it didn't happen. Two times when calling in to make sure ahead of time the rx card was applied to scripts as not to deal with his temper again he said NO and hung up on me. So how am I suppose to use the card RON? Everyone else there is great. Well Suzanne is borderline but the other pharmacist and the other techs are great. So on three occasions RON has lost his sh@t because he didn't want to do his job. I reported him to the store manager and nothing. He told me he was the weekend manager and didn't want to deal with RON and could I please call back during the week and speak to another manager. Really? Is everyone afraid of RON? He is a bully and needs to be told to act like a normal human being. I could care less if he is nice or not but don't yell at me or hang up in me when I am trying to conduct business and spend money at an establishment that supports you RON. Whatever your issues are keep them out of work and deal with your job like a grown ass adult RON! Or stay home! read more

I never write reviews, but after seeing some reviews from the past, I thought the current staff deserves some positive recognition, particularly the pharmacy. This store can get very busy, and the people working here are always working so hard, but despite having a lot on their plate have always been so kind and helpful every time I stop by. Good people here. Anything negative said about this pharmacy is due to the customer/reviewer being selfish and thinking they are the only person in the world or lack a preparedness on their part due to scripts being sent to the wrong place or not calling ahead to check on things, etc. read more

This unfortunately is the first time I'm giving one star. It is a Walgreens. It does have a pharmacy and no one is rude. They just don't care. It's not about going the extra mile. It's about really caring about patients and this pharmacy does not. It processes and people are a pain in their side And an annoyance. I ironically I work in pharmaceutical technologies, and I do know there's a lot of burn out, but the complete lack of empathy leads me to believe that most of these folks, I can't say y'all don't need to be working with human beings. From their confusion about how to deal with insurance, their unwillingness to do the basic level of troubleshooting when they have made a mistake, to in complete understanding about how automated messages go out, just truly in my books one of the worst experiences. It is unfortunate, but this has absolutely convinced me, Xpress, scripts, and any other pharmacy will be our go to moving forward. This pharmacy is horrible. I just tried to get 4 RXs there but was in the outside lane with the tube delivery. they said they all wouldn't fit (they had put them all in one sack) and I asked them to break up the package into 2 or 3. they refused and told me I had to come inside, get back in line behind the other cars or walk over to their drawer, which I did. I stood there and shook while they finished with the car that was there. They then handed me a sack with all the RX's in it. They were just to lazy to repackage it in order to accommodate an old woman. They were rude and nasty and refused to do anything to help me. I have to find another pharmacy that my insurance will accept. I will then remove all my RX from there and go to mail order. I call this elder abuse. It certainly is customer abuse. read more

Well where do I start this isn't my first experience here if there was another pharmacy within a descent distance besides another Walgreens that has my medication I would gladly go elsewhere. Ok my most recent experience was terrible! I go into the store walk back to the pharmacy an there is a big line they did have two Windows open an it still took me twenty minutes just to get to a window due to the workers at the window well one that was operating the express window wasn't express at all. The lady was talking to one customer for it seemed a half an hour but was more like seven minutes about all types of stuff with the customer even about the Bellevue area which was ridiculous considering the waiting customers. Well the window I got two had a nice male employee who took my prescription from me an asked when I planned to pick it up I said I was going to wait because it's a descent drive back the next day an I needed the medication in the morning. So he types in information in the computer seeing that I just got two tablets earlier. Which the doctor who prescribed the medication had to watch me take them due to the other similar medication I had an allergic reaction to. So I took them an had no problem so he writes the rest of the prescription. Anyway the nice employee took it to the pharmacist on duty who was an older make so I'm listening to the conversation. The pharmacist looked at the medication telling the nice employee that he need papers from the doctor to fill the medication an the nice employee tells him that I just got two filled earlier from a different Walgreens. ( was close to my doctors office just more convenient since I had to go back to the doctor to take them) So then the pharmacist said that I couldn't get them till tomorrow which was what I think was discrimination. The nice guy said I only got two tablets which I took in front of the doctor so I was out an I needed to fill them because I'm supposed to take the! Once a day an I'm the morning the pharmacist again said not till tomorrow. So I leave an I file a grievance on the pharmacist through my insurance. An I'm fixing to go get the rest of my medication that he would not fill so I'm fileing a grievance a the pharmacy. This was unnecessary it was not against the law or policy of the pharmacy to fill them when I dropped the prescription off because I was OUT. Can someone from Walgreens corporation contact me this is not the first time I've had problems at this pharmacy and others. Can someone explain why I was treated badly by the pharmacist. What did I do to deserve for him to make me fill discriminated agains. I've gotten narcotics when I was out on the due date. Can a higher up at the Walgreens corporate office call me an explain. I'm thinking about talking to the better business burea about a discrimination case. I feel like the pharmacist at Walgreens are taking there author and causing problems when they should be helping with the problems this tops the cake an it a became my worst experience and is costing me the customer extra money to get back an forth to get my medication when it was completely unnecessary. I usually go to Walgreens to simply print photos (sometimes I might grab some snacks). This location is a bit further from my house, but I must say I wouldn't mind driving the extra mile. Why? Great service compared to the one on the corner of Charlotte and White Bridge!! There is almost always someone manning the photo lab, and they always have a great attitude and are super friendly! (Don't even get me started on the poor customer service at the Charlotte/White Bridge location...) It doesn't seem they have an "instant print" option like the other place, but it's only about a 10-minute wait for pickup (for my 22 prints, at least). All in all, I love this location! read more

My daughter had a terrible experience at this Walgreens when she took my grandson who is autistic to get his flu shot there. She explained to the pharmacist that he was autistic and to please be patient. He made some terrible comments about him being autistic! Her husband and older son were present. She left crying and went back into tell him how terrible she felt. He grinned about it and told her it was not his problem. She told him to have a good day and hopes that someone will not hurt him they way she was hurt. Her husband had to step out before he blew up and did something he would regret. I did not include the other comments that were made to them. Specific remarks to him being autistic. He made a mockery of him and it is so disheartening. She did report this to Walgreens and they never followed up with her. I ran into someone recently that had a negative experience with the same pharmacist. We do not want anyone else to ever have to deal with a situation like this there. read more

I am extremely disappointed with the photo department at this Walgreens location. I placed an order on the Walgreens app last week using photos from my phone. In that order was four 4x6 prints of the same photo. As I was preparing to send them to friends and relatives, I noticed that the bottom middle was blurred - blurred to the point that one individual had no legs - she looked like she was suspended in mid-air. I called the photo department and spoke with two individuals. Both stated that I must have submitted a bad photo and that their printer could not be the issue. My photo is good and includes legs. And I've seen my share of glitches in printers! I assumed that Walgreen would make it right, but they did not. In fact, the last person I spoke with didn't seem bothered when I said that I'd need to find another photo service. I do not recommend this location for any type of service due to poor customer service. I will find another company for my needs. read more

First, this review is in regards to the pharmacy only. I've made several stops at this location for small items, and have no concerns whatsoever with the store itself. This pharmacy location is always busy. Too busy. I'm certain it affects their staff, because the pharmacy techs always seem exhausted. Granted, their are multiple locations to fill prescriptions in Bellevue, but it seems this is the busiest location to pick up scripts--including Kroger, Publix and CVS (which doesn't have a drive-thru). I also think this location has a high turnover rate, because anyone that helped me prior to late fall 2017 was kind and helpful. Now, regardless of whether I am picking up a script or asking a basic question about my medication, the managers are extremely inconsistent and short with me. My scripts are never ready when I am told they should be (via the app/calling in/physician calling in). My neighbor has also had similar issues and has since transferred to a different pharmacy. read more

The pharmacist was helpful and willing to hear him describe my symptoms as well as giving him suggestions for medications. All I know is that these people provide good friendly service, are willing to share their knowledge as pharmacists, and have played a part in keeping me healthy! Was easily having the worst day of my life after having to get on a last minute flight up here due to my mother unexpectedly passing. On top of that I left my wallet at a bar at the airport only to have my id stolen. Needless to say by the time I was getting here I was only looking to get a couple of travel size bottles of shampoo. The lady at the register couldn't have been any more rude and the manager herself deserves to be fired after she sarcastically replied to me losing my I'd. The pharmacy is the WORST. Slower than molasses and you can guarantee that ANYTIME, ALL THE TIME! I feel justified in comparing it to Walmart. There just isnt enough "registers" open. I would recommend Publix, CVS, or hell, even Kroger over this place. read more

If I could give fewer stars, I would. The pharmacy here is an utter disgrace. You call in a refill and are told it will be ready at 1pm. You arrive at 2:40 and are told it's done but the pharmacist needs to look at it still and to sit down and we will page you. Mind you, there are already about 10-12 people already waiting to be paged and the majority of them are coughing and hacking. Not exactly an environment I want to be in. Last time I had a script filled I was told it would be done in 30 minutes. 2 hours later it was done. Only reason I come here is because they do compounding and one of my meds needs that. Must find another pharmacy that does - surely they can't all be as bad as this pathetic excuse of a pharmacy. read more

This is by far the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. The pharmacy is a nightmare. Every time I want to go there I end up waiting at least 30 minutes for a simple prescription pick up both in store and drive through. The Walgreens on Highway 100 has far better service. read more

The employees here are nice, the store is well stocked and it's convenient to have a drive thru pharmacy. But the pharmacy is woefully understaffed. I have never waited less than 20 minutes to pick up a prescription. I appreciate the thoroughness with each customer, but with current staffing levels, it starts to feel unreasonable.
