My insurance forces me to go to a CVS. After years of using this location, I finally gave up. I will try a less convenient CVS location. This location has never filled my prescriptions without some type of issue that was caused by negligence. After being told that the prescription is ready, almost every instance has required multiple visits to the store. Not to mention, that the drive thru has one stall and it's always backed up. Today's refill took me three trips to the pharmacy and a call back to my doctor because CVS had lost my prescription. Never again!! read more

This location is crap. I booked the flu shot online for 430 yesterday afternoon. I got there at 4:20. In the app it says go to the pharmacy counter not the minute clinic. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before somebody asked me if they could help me. There were four people techs playing grab ass an one pharmacist behind the counter that could see that I was standing there. Once I got registered with the clerk, she told me to go and sit in a waiting area for the pharmacist to draw up the shot to give it to me. I sat in the waiting area for another 30 minutes, which is now 10 after five. Then the pharmacist is insisting that I take the Covid booster, which I haven't had the other two Covid shots and not planning on getting the booster. read more

One star is too many stars for this place. They make mistakes on scripts (they'll give you the wrong one, for example). They over charge for meds (compare their prices to Amazon's pharmacy, for example). They don't like it when you use coupons and will give you trouble. It's always a headache. The customer service is terrible. They hang up on you. They are always busy. I mean.. always always always busy. The employees seem really stressed and over worked. They don't seem invested and just seem like they hate their jobs. I want to be angry with them because they suck (for the above reasons and many others that have been listed in other reviews).. but they only suck because of the conditions they're being forced to work under. read more

I needed some non prescription medicine for a young child. The medicine must be refrigerated so it was kept in the pharmacy. Apparently the Walgreens across the street was too busy to help me, so I came to this CVS. The cashier in the pharmacy immediately knew what I wanted and was friendly and professional. I did feel like the store had an odd layout, but that could be because I rarely go to CVS. The isles are narrow and a bit difficult to navigate with a basket. One of the items on my list was hairspray. The brand I needed had an odd film all over the can. I definitely recommend this place over the Walgreens across the street. We have had nothing but issues with this pharmacy. The store itself and the store manager are decent but the pharmacy is something else entirely. They are understaffed and don't fill medications unless you call them. Cvs policy with ready-fill is almost always ignored. If you call at the wrong times they hang up on you. We switch as many medications as we can to HEB. The problem is most of the doctors automatically send prescriptions to cvs.. read more

Hands down the worst pharmacy in mid county. They never ever answer the phone and always appear to be understaffed. They shut down the drive thru during the peak of covid around December 2021-January 2022 forcing covid patients to come stand in line in the store with the general public for over an hour to fill their scrips. If you drop off meds, they are NEVER filled when they're promised. You're much better off using Walgreens across the street. read more

The parking lot is always full of litter, like trash that has been there for a long time and will stay there until the wind or rain moves it. The lot has oil and beverage stains and dried up gum. The trash cans are often full and I doubt there is cleaning shift that takes care of the parking lot or returning the shopping carts. This place is in serious neglect which contributes to the shady characters panhandling the lot. The pharmacy techs are hit or miss. No sense of urgency. Cashiers are not personable or engaging but mechanical. Lines are long in peek times. They have always had the meds I need unless there is a shortage that affects the entire area. read more

I started using them about six months ago when I moved back to the area. At first, I was pleased. It has quickly spiraled downward though. I've had numerous frustrating experiences but I finally experienced the straw that broke the camel's back, and it happened twice! Since I'm moving back to the area I have requested they call my former pharmacy to transfer my prescriptions twice. The first time it took FOUR times calling and checking if the medicine was ready before they actually made the call requesting the transfer. This time, by the third time I called to see if the prescription was ready, only to find out the call had still not been made, I was resolved not to make a fourth request. I will take my business elsewhere. It should be noted there was always at least 24 hours between each call asking if the medicine was ready. read more

I recently moved to the area, and am in the process of transferring prescriptions over to this CVS as needed. Every time, there seems to be some break down in the process causing a huge delay. Experiences leaving me unsure about this pharmacy: 1) My prescription was filled, but I could not receive it until the pharmacist (singular) approved it. The pharmacist was at lunch. At 3pm. 2) When picking up a number of prescriptions, I asked the person ringing me up (in the pharmacy) what the medications were. Blank stare. After a painful attempt at sounding out the medications phonetically, I realized there was a medication I was unfamiliar with. I asked what it was for. Blank stare. I require more from my pharmacy than many people. I have a chronic illness and take many medications, some of which change frequently. And I was spoiled by my previous pharmacy. But the inability to handle transfers, the lack of a knowledgable staff, and the fact that I can never predict when/if my prescriptions will be filled make me want to find another pharmacy in the area. read more

Seriously is this how a pharmacy should treat their customers? I have had all my prescriptions filled at this location for more than 5 years. Have taken the same meds for about the same amount of time. So why does the pharmacist have to consult with me each time I refill? Same question each time " are you familiar with how to take this medication". Yes I have been taking this for years. When I questioned why I am repeatedly asked, he said "its the law". Then somebody within CVS is clueless. These people never have their crap together. They're always out of the meds I have a prescription for and all of a sudden they said they can't give me a generic version when they've been doing it. My drs office even called them and asked them why they wouldn't fill it and they told them the same thing. They said it would be 2 weeks before they got more of the name brand in because they're stupid manager was on vacation. Apparently the business can't run without THAT manager. read more

The CVS on 365 seems to not really care about getting folks the medications they need. The last 3 times I ordered from them they didn't have the items and would have to order them. On the current order I called and asked about how long it would take to get my order and could not get a answer. They said the Target location appears to have the item if I wanted to go get it,.. Why can't CVS go get the item so I can take the medication that the Doctor ordered. If you look at all the REVIEWS you will see this location has a very poor rating and if you try and use them you will see why form the pharmacy to the entire store has very poor service. Seems CVS would want to go in and try and get this store in line maybe it's just all of CVS really doesn't care. read more

My wife had a terrible experience at the minute clinic. The physician was 20 minutes late getting there and he was extremely rude. He asked about all member of the household being sick, symptoms and whatnot then rudely interrupted her and said he doesn't care about any of them. Only the patient he is seeing. After it was determined that Strep was the culprit, my wife asked if there was an alternative to pennicilin(I have one child that is allergic). He flat out told her that he knows more about medicine than she does and penicillin is what is recommended. He was extremely arrogant and when my wife told him how rude she felt he was being, he informed her that she had a bad attitude and needed to change it. My wife is a hardworking dedicated mother of 4 who she herself was sick and this lame ass poor excuse for a health professional had the nerve to talk to her that way?! I think not and there is a good chance I will be visiting this Sean Allsion to soak with him myself. He is lucky that I was not there with her. She has been in tears all morning over this bad experience. We will no longer be using the minute clinic nor will we be shopping at the store and I will go out of my way to inform people of the poor unprofessional bedside manner of Sean Allison.
