My wife was scheduled to go in that day and she tried to call but no answer then text but no answer. my wife woke up and had the flu so she couldn't make it. After many failed attempts of tryomg to reach her i resortd ro contacting the Better Business bureau, I received a reply almost immediately with the lady texting that she wasn't going to be bullied. It was not a threat but we had paid for about $1000 worth of treatments and she never got back with my wife about rescheduling. So we're basically out all the money we paid. Not once has the lady tried to reach out to my wife to make things right and I may still take it up with the BBB. Buyer beware. Theft by service.

From the time I drove into the parking lot until I drove out of the parking lot, I was comfortable, greeted with friendly knowledgeable care, the environment is super clean, the staff is so patient, caring, and Family oriented. They made sure that I was comfortable in the setting, that all of my needs were taken care of, and then I felt sure about the diagnosis and where to go from there. She's very pleasant and always has me taken care of quickly. It's the first place I haven't totally dreaded having my labs done. Both of the ladies there have always been nice to work with.
