I have been to several CVS Pharmacy in the area and by far this one is the best. The store it's self is always clean, I always see staff workers restocking items throughout the aisle. They actually help you look for an item and if they not sure what aisle that item is or even if they not sure they have the item in stock. They do whatever it takes to find it and find you in the store to let you know the status of the item you are looking for. The Pharmacy is staff is awesome as well. Never rude or disrespectful, Always polite. Medication is always ready within a reasonable timeframe. The drive Thur Pharmacy always moving fast never a long wait. I absolutely have no complaints yet, about this CVS. I truly hope they continue to strive for the best. read more

The pharmacy is run so unprofessional it is pathetic. This might be the worst CVS! How does your doctor call in meds on a Friday it ends up being out of stock (ok, it happens) cvs says it will be ready at 11 on Tuesday then you call Tuesday night and guess what now it won't be ready until Thursday. Almost a full week for a popular medication. They get on the phone and act like it's no big deal. How about the pharmacist gets on the phone. Why make the kids do your dirty work. They didn't mess up the order. Looks like Walgreens will be my stop going forward. Cvs not good business. The pharmacist should get on the phone. read more

I was getting text messages to come pick up my prescriptions from CVS in Nesconset, so I get out of bed and their pharmacy is closed for lunch, must be nice to care so much for your custompers that you can take a leisurely lunch while sick people need there medications. My insurance makes me go to CVS but I will find another one further away that doesn't close for lunch. I wish my insurance would let me go to another pharmacy, I would do that in a heartbeat. And to the people who work there, do you leave you empathy in your cars when you arrive to work? Lunch is more important than someone who is sick, what's wrong with you people? read more

CVS... we have a love/hate relationship. I guess it's in the nature of the retail beast as in who is your cashier or associate that runs in the back because they ran out of Salt & Vinegar Pringles or finding sublingual B12. Now I'm not trying to be rude but some of the people that work behind the pharmacy counter are just not all there. For example: I pick up my Mom's prescriptions rather often. We no longer share the same last name. When they ask me for the DOB & I hand over my debit card with my last name do you think they acknowledge the DOB & different last name? Nope! I know it's petty but pay attention. It ALWAYS happens. Also I absolutely love (smell my sarcasm) when some of them get lax and they begin to tell me they can't find one of my scripts. When I hear that I immediately feel infuriated especially when I just checked online that the script is ready for pick up. They also checked the computer before that and informed me that I have 2 for pick up. Yes that's why I said there should be 2 here for me. Yet some of the associates handle themselves with pizazz and will look until they really can't find it. Then I'm ok with them not finding it. Same thing with the front store... some just look out to lunch and not really there when they're ringing your items up. Is it a clean CVS? Yeah for the most part. Updating review based on pharmacy service Which I've had problems with in the past, but now it's at an all time low Sorry to the retail part of the store which I have not had any issues with . I have been on the same blood pressure medication, Verapamil 240 mg for years. It is on automatic refill. The problems started last month. I was supposed to get a 90 day supply and the day I went to pick it up they said they are "on back order" And don't have any and maybe it will be in tomorrow. I told them I am out and it's on automatic refill so Why wouldn't this have been taken care of sooner and or why wasn't I notified as I can't just skip blood pressure medication. They apologized and said come back tomorrow. So I did, and again was told they did t have it. So of course I was angry told them I had recently been in the ER for rule out stroke, and this medication was now doubly important for my safety (which is true). So they come back and say "We have someone else's 30 day supply that wasn't picked up do you want that" I said I just need something it's been Two days. Fast forward to now . My Verapamil again was supposed to be ready Sunday sept 29th. Go to pick it up, "oh we don't have it it's on back order. It we will have it in tomorrow " Go Monday the 30 the. Nope we don't have it, But " We have have Verapamil 120 mg maybe ask your doctor to prescribe 120 mg tabs twice day to give you your 240 mg dose. By this point too late to call the doctor. Call Tuesday oct 1st get my doctor to order 120 mg twice a day THAT THEY TOLD ME TO DO BECAUSE IT IS WHAT THEY HAD IN STOCK. Go to pick up . "Oh we are out of it" Now it's 3 days without my medicine and I'm ANGRY and let them know it . So they are able to give me a partial dose of 5 pills (not even 6 to make 3 full doses). So I take a dose that day, and and Thursday and one pill on Friday (because they only gave 5 pills for NO REASON) and go Friday evening to now get my pills??? NOPE "we don't carry Verapamil 120 or 240 both on back order. So I flip out now and I'm a calm person. YOU TOLD ME TO Call MY DOCTOR AND CHANGE TO 120 mg BECAUSE YOU HAD IN STOCK I've been calling and coming back like an idiot being promised pills. So pharmacist ran around looked for pills . Sorry nothing we can do. "Called " other stores nothing we can do So another day, a patient with hx of rule out stroke And Hypertension sent away from CVS SO now I called this am Oct 6th demand to speak to whoever in charge, told whole story, said I don't care how but do something. She said "oh you were on capsules would you mind tablets we have plenty of those" Are you F***ing SERIOUS??? After all this time, all the calls and 6 days ,no one in whole pharmy thought to change me from capsule to tablet in order to protect me and or make a customer happy? OF COURSE ILL TAKE THE TABLET I DONT WANT TO HAVE A STROKE I cannot believe the level of incompetence and or lack of critical thinking at this store read more

Not sure exactly what to say about this CVS. It's a CVS for crying out loud. Never had a bad experience here so I guess that's a good thing. I've always purchased what I needed so it seems as if the shelves are adequately stocked. So all in all, it's a good CVS. Happy shopping!!!! read more

I needed to have a Vhs converted to DVD as a birthday gift for my friend. I dropped it off on Sept 4. The clerk and the male manager didn't know what they were doing at all. They were disorganized and clueless regarding this service they provide. I left with a bad feeling; that I was never going to see that tape again or something else bad would happen. A few weeks went by and I went online to track my order. The outside company that CVS uses to do the converting had no record of my order. So I called this CVS on Sept 25 and was told that my vhs tape never left the building. Yes, my tape sat there for 21 days, forgotten about. I was beside myself with anger since my friend's birthday was Sept 21 and these incompetent idiots never even mailed out my tape to the outside processing company. The female manager that handled this part was actually very nice and apologetic and offered the service to me for free. I declined, picked up my tape and brought it to Walgreen's where I had no problems at all. I'm giving 1 star because the female manager was nice. read more

I will not use this store anymore!! Staff is rude and incompetent!! EVERY single time I go there for a prescription they tell me they don't have it. EVERY SINGLE TIME! They refuse to call Dr, I have to go outside and get in touch with Dr. , then when I try to give them the phone to speak with the dr, they refuse to get on the phone. I have given them the benefit of the doubt the first few times, I realize the e prescribing can have issues but this place is ridiculous. Never have a good experience going there. read more
