I was impressed with their kindness and understanding. The only downfall is a few medications cost more than what I paid at CVS but hopefully that will change. It's worth spending a little more if you get great service. I can see why CVS is sued so frequently after what I experienced. Seems to be a common theme with these people.

This CVS is not necessarily off the beaten path, but it's not right at the exit of the main road (Ohio 33) either. The parking lot is small but seems to be able to accommodate the throng of shoppers in Logan, Ohio. The store offers pretty much what you would expect from every other CVS, but does appear to be a smaller location and the aisles were arranged different than my local layout. All in all, all you would expect from a standard CVS, with nothing really standing out, positively or negatively. In case you were wondering, they did NOT have the water I was looking for, but I did snag a few Gatorades and a Monster energy drink for the road.

Because they were sent to the wrong address. They left off my apartment number. I'm on disability and a fixed income. If everything runs smoothly and you're the sort who's not looking for a friendly face, there's no problem. Every time I pre-order my Rx using their auto refill telephone service my Rx's are never ready. One…read moreor two of them might be ready, but the rest are not. The clerk will offer to get them ready but states it will be about 20 minutes. This is like going through McDonalds drive thru, ordering your food and only getting one or two items. Then the McDonalds persons says if you want the rest of what you ordered it will be about 20 minutes. Really!! Shriver's excuse use to be "new computer system", but that was at least a month ago. Other complaints: 1) I have asked for auto refills on my Rx, but that hasn't happened. 2)when my doctor sends in a new Rx, I have to call to ask them if they received it and please fill it. This pharmacy needs to be run better!
