So if you are a customer and can't get your prescription filled because of their policy. DO NOT SPEAK TO AL SPITALE he is so unprofessional and will talk down to you. They are FRIENDLY, they are COMPETENT, they have common drugs IN STOCK and you don't have to wait DAYS for them to get a shipment in. They are FAST -- from receipt of the order from my doctor until I got a call from them that it was filled was TWENTY MINUTES (unlike the hours or sometimes days at Walgreens). It's like they're on a different planet. Also, the person who answers the phone is a PHARMACIST who knows what he's talking about, not some disgruntled slacker employee like at Walgreens. Oh - and they actually ANSWER THE PHONE! Within like 3 rings - not after you listen to hold music for 20 minutes (only to be cut off by Walgreens before speaking to someone). They take all insurance.
