Walked into this CVS for the first time in a few months, and I was pleasantly surprised to see how they had renovated - it looked great. Because I've always been more loyal to Duane Reade (and there's one closer to me), I didn't think much of this new CVS. I went in today, and I'm now going to go to this CVS from now on. Amazing customer service, nice layout, and just overall -- a much better experience. The staff at this location are incredibly helpful and friendly. Maybe I'm jaded, or didn't realize that CVS' were so nice, but it really was such a nice experience. (Never thought I'd write a review for a pharmacy. Ever.) read more

Exceptionally rude person behind the counter dispensing photos. Please replace this chubby individual, with long nails and attitude with someone that is actually helpful and even cheerful (i.e. the girl with a headscarf). This rude person first stared at me when I mentioned that I had photos for pick up. I had to repeat my request. I started to show her that I had ordered them online and showed her my receipt from my phone, she refused to look, glared at me and told me that she just wanted my name. There are polite ways to say the same thing --please teach this individual some manners! Then, she took her time looking up my name and couldn't find my photos. She asked when I ordered them, I told her it had been the same morning, but that CVS had alerted me that they were ready. So, she went back to where the photos are printed and took out 3 of the 4 photos that I had ordered. If she was actually any good at her job, if she was actually diligent, she would have at least paid attention to the fact that there were a specific number of photos that I had ordered. No. Then, when I asked to see if what she picked up was mine (i.e. to look at the name), she told me that I couldn't look at the photos until she verified that they were hers. Exactly! But she hadn't exactly taken down my name and when she pulled out the random pictures she hadn't even checked with me whether the name was mine. So, lack of manners and stupid to boot. Then, add the fact that because of her long nails, it took an extra amount of time for her to actually type into the system to determined that they were mine...Again, at this point, she hadn't even bothered to check the numbers of pictures. I had to tell her that there was one missing. She stormed off to the back in a huff. In the end, I told her to lose the attitude and she gave me even more. Please just send her back to her neighborhood and keep the nice, sweet, polite girl with the headscarf. She will make your customers happy. This other one is stupid, rude, clumsy and irresponsible. I live down the street. I don't want to deal with a surly moron when I go in, nor do I want to have to walk blocks to another drug store because you hire rude people that can't even do a simple job! It's not brain surgery! ...and to anyone else considering using their photo services --don't. The pictures were terrible quality. The colors are not crisp and sharp. Disappointing. read more

The pharmacy staff is very unprofessional . They don't like to do their job (which is to fill prescriptions) . They made me come back numerous times and wait for over an hour . Not to mention , tried to make me pay for my medicine just because it is over the counter but I had a prescription for it (which my health insurance accepted) . I had to leave and get it sent to a different location . Wouldn't recommend this place at all ! read more

This store not always has what I am looking for. On my today's visit it has what I was looking for but it was locked behind this plastic doors with a button where it said "press for customer service". I pressed that button for about 10 Times. Each time I would hear an automatic announcement on stores speaker system announcing that customer service was needed on aisle 16, where I was. No one came. Walked two aisles to find two employees plus the manager of the store, yes the Manager, having what it looked like a happy gathering. When I exposed that I was waiting and had heard the announcement on speaker so many times no one apologized or neither asked me what the issue was and instead a employee just said "I didn't hear anything" the Manager Just knowledge the situation said "ok, ok, ok" and didn't do anything. Just let time hanging there. What a bad management and bad training these employees had? I left the store and never will be back. read more

The pharmacists are incompetent. I had to wait 20 minutes for a flu shot when there were no other customers. Also they gave me someone else's insurance card and I had to take the subway back downtown and return it. Cost me extra time and extra money for something that should be so simple. Don't go here. read more

cvs claims that they deliver medicine to you , no problem. FALSE. everytime I ask for delivery I have to wait day after day after day. they ran out of my medicine so I had to go to a different cvs ,still in my neighborhood. they never delivered and they charged my credit card . I'm in a different billing cycle and they still haven't refunded. I have changed pharmacy now to one my insurance company recommended. I'm going to revoke my credit card privileges as well. its time they go under. bad business. read more

This CVS is a complete disaster. Only enter if you have unlimited time. Over-reliant on automated check out machines which are almost always dysfunctional. Enormous lines as a result. read more

Naked juice: a lot of expired items (days passed), this juice has 3 month long shells life... And should be kept refrigerated. Non experience items are warm and look funny... read more

I went here two months ago with a disposable camera and film. They lost it at the film lab and I have had to come back and forth many times. I spoke to the manager named Anthony who was very nice about it and called the lab twice. I was promised to get them two weeks ago and did not. I am coming back today to get them after speaking with the manager yesterday. The store itself is big and the hours are good but the film was not. read more

Left on hold for 30 minutes to speak with the pharmacy. Forced to call again and speak with the Assistant Store Manager at the front of the store to have her literally bring a note back to the pharmacy asking they call me. Unacceptable for the pharmacy to operate this way. Shame on CVS!!! read more
