I can't stand this krogers. The other day I got out of my bed on my day off..in the rain..to go to this store to pay a bill that was due. I get there after 10am to find the service desk closed. I went back home and returned a few hours later to find..the service desk still closed. I asked a young lady that worked there if the service desk was going to be closed all day..and without even turning around to make eye contact, she responded "I guess so". Several times in the past the same thing has happened..service desk closed during hours that its supposed to be open. I was beyond irritated!! I went to my car and googled to find another Kroger nearby and the one on Glynn street in Fayetteville came up. It was about 10 minutes down the road but the further drive was well worth it. I got there and it was so much nicer than the one on Banks and so was the staff! The service desk was OPEN and the young lady behind the counter was very pleasant and professional. I decided to also do some grocery shopping while there. There was plenty of baskets, the store was clean and well stocked. The cashier greeted me and was friendly and made small talk with me. I will be going to the Kroger on Glynn street from now on and they will get a five star review..this one on Banks deserves zero stars...

I live quite a ways from this pharmacy but they were the only one that had the medication that I needed ( it was out of stock EVERYWHERE, even in South Carolina where my parents live, my mom drove around the state trying to help me find it). It took me 3 hours round trip when I first got my medicine filled there and the young lady told me they offered free delivery service to my area ( big pharmacies live CVS charges me $7.99 and I'm less than a mile away). They have been on top of my refills and ensure I get them in a timely manner. They are BLACKED OWN too which is a huge plus for me.
