I feel like I'm always having to chase it down and call them to get it filled. I always pre-pay so I can just walk in and get my medication. So here is where I am frustrated... Last Friday I called in and verified that they had my prescription. The pharmacist said yes and to give him 30 minutes. I got a text message that the meds were filled and ready to be picked up. Keyword FILLED. You would think like a normal pharmacy that they got your prescription ready with your name on it correct? Wrong. My husband went to grab it on his way home from work because I wouldn't be off before they closed and well, they "sold out" of the meds that were already FILLED to me. I called and asked why and how and the lady said it's a first come, first serve basis on refrigerated medications......... I'm sorry but what?? How do you fill something to someone and then sell it to someone else? She couldn't answer that question. She said they would have a new shipment on Wednesday and to come back. Granted I had already PAID. So yesterday (Wednesday) I went when I got off work and wouldn't ya guess.... They didn't have my meds that were ALREADY PAID for. The guy at the counter said "we sold out about an hour ago." So they sold medications that have already been paid for again. He told me they will have more tomorrow (Thursday) and I told him I had already been around and around with this. I told him I was notified the prior week that it was filled, I paid, and it was sold. Same for today. The guy stated that this shouldn't be happening and that he would fill it as soon as it comes in. That's fine and all but it has already been filled so how will that change!!! They all need to get on the same page with how they handle this because I now have two different answers. Basically they are selling other peoples filled and paid for prescriptions, so beware!!!!!

I had surgery on monday the 23rd. I was going prescribed a medication I was required to start using…read morethat wasn't ready yet but my pain pills were. It took them 2 more days to fill that medication and when I called at 8:30 in the morning to request it delivered was told I would have to pay an additional same day fee but that if I did that could guarantee it would be delivered from 5-8pm. I put my card on file using the link as requested, and at 8:30pm 12 and a half hours later my medicine still wasn't there I called again. Guess what?! It's "still processing" WTF?? It's ready, it's been there a whole day and it's "in process"?? Seriously?! Get me my medicine and stop playing games with people. The attitude I received from both the morning and evening rep was very much "oh well what can you do". There is NO WAY I will be using this Walgreens again when there's a local pharmacy right across the street that has never screwed me like this. They told me "well most times when this happens it shows up the next morning". I needed it two days ago dude... so anyways my face looks like a bowling ball because I don't have my rinse that's supposed to help prevent additional swelling and it's causing additional pain meaning I have to take more of the potentially Addictive pain medication. Same stuff Walgreens is getting sued for now. I swear if my medication isn't here in the morning I'm just gonna keep posting reviews to keep people away from here.

But I eventually found what I was searching for, and the clerk was friendly and quick to sell me the item. The prices were generally reasonable, especially the Walgreens label. Overall, a speedy shopping experience.

The ability to find Pharmacy Technicians and keep them is difficult, especially the good ones but they seem to be bringing in some great people. The Pharmacists are always there to help answer questions unlike another who would help with allergic reactions one night and used to be open 24 hours. In the 10 months I have been with them I have been able to work through concerns and realize my PTSD was triggering, apologize and receive the same a month later. Respectful, caring and supportive.

We were hungry so we went next door to eat and came back, it had been about 30 mins at this point. We pull up and lo and behold she said they didn't have the insurance and I would have to wait another 20 mins . We live and hour away and we were using this pharmacy because my daughter was sick and needed her meds asap and it was near the urgent care we went to. When asking her why they reviewed the insurance with us prior and why they claim to not have it now she got very mad, was giving my husband and I crazy eyes and trying to refuse us service for simply asking questions as to the customer service provided. she then shut the window (still having our insurance card in hand) and walked off. She never came back and we had to get it inside from someone else. Absolutely ridiculous do not recommend this pharmacy she was as unprofessional and shouldn't have a job!!
