1 - they never answer the phone 2 - they move at a snails pace. If there is more than 2 cars in line at the drive through you're waiting 20+ mins. 3 - picked up a prescription for my son and it seemed expensive but they told me that was the price after insurance covered a portion. Went back two weeks later for a different prescription and after waiting in the car line for 30+ minutes was told they DONT have insurance on file for him and I had to come inside. Came inside and waited for 10 minutes, put the insurance on file and asked for the prescription. They then told me that they would have to re-process the medication and I couldn't have it for another 30 minutes even though it was ready. 4 - later that week, my husband came inside to fill a prescription for our cat. He got in line at 1:20 with one person ahead of him. The employee made eye contact with him and smiled at him. The person in front of him took 10 minutes and when he got to the front of the line, it was 1:30. He said he needed to fill a prescription quickly and she said "ok, come back at 2 because we're closed for lunch." He said okay, but I've been in line since 1:20. She said "we've been closing for lunch at 1:30 since 2014." Neither of us have an issue with them closing for lunch - everyone deserves breaks. But it would've taken her 2 seconds to look at him when he got in line at 1:20 and say "sorry sir, after this customer we are closing for lunch! It's best to come back after 2!" But instead she let him waste 10 minutes of his time and then proceeded to give him a bratty attitude. We used to be rite aid customers and NEVER experienced issues like we've had with this CVS. Went to CVS today to print out some PDF photos off my phones, and it didn't work. I walked around for a bit looking for any help, no one was anywhere near and gave up. So I left the store and as I was walking out to be cordial, some old white lady came up to me, first time I heard anything from anyone. I considered asking her for help but I knew she didn't have the know how to help me. So I just said I was good and walked away. Then she stopped me and said I looked suspicious caused I looked suspicious. CVS is recruiting ultimately Karens, you got one that was working today at midday. She basically was trying to accuse me of stealing something because you have a beyond trash TIOSK, and after I realized it was trash, I walked out with something. You had an elderly employee bascially asking me to empty out my pockets which I refused to do so. I had a hard drive, UBS plug, iphone plug and still couldn't get Kiosk to work. I thought that your Karen was coming up to help me after she saw I was repeately struggling but instead she accused me of stealing. Luckily I got my pictures published by helpful staff at a far better establisthment. I have zero establishment with anyone, but seriously CVS, whoever works on your staff that is an older lady with glasses at this establishment needs to be fired immediately. Came in to search for infant/baby/children's Tylenol because of the recent shortage. To my shock, they had 1 available. The store was nice. I wasn't greeted with I walked in as I expected but I didn't mind too much. The store was big and clean. To my surprise, CVS had a lot of grocery and food and drink items. I liked the self checkout. Only reason I took some stars away from my review is because I was hoping to go to the cashier for my purchase. I had three items and my hands were tied with those three items, pushing my baby's stroller, and my purse. I asked the associate if he was available to check my items out or if I had to use self checkout and his response was "...i....guess." Not the most ideal response but I just told him no bother I'll go to self check out. Self check out service was easy! However, it does not let your card fully make the transaction unless you hit "No coupons" or "Coupons"! Took me a second to realize but it worked!! read more

I'm a Pediatrician and just now tried to call in a Rx for an ill patient. 3 calls each on hold for 10 minutes without pharmacist answering. The third call was to store front desk who walked back and asked pharmacist to pick up, transferred my call and pharmacist still did not pick up. They do not want your business. read more

This particular location is ABSOLUTELY horrible... never fully stocked. CANNOT GET A PRESCRIPTION HOURS AND HOURS after it is called in. This place sucks. I wish my company was not tied to CVS and Caremark. This is the kind of service that makes me want deep competition where I can shop where I want to. I've been getting my prescriptions at CVS for over a decade, and I've never paid attention to the reviews or ratings because the service is basically always fine and the same, but this particular location is absolutely a one star. They were incredibly rude, talking over me on the phone, rushing me to hang up before I was done explaining the situation with 3 different prescriptions that I was already having issues getting filled even after my doctor and her nurse called, and they were talking down to me as if I were stupid and don't understand how filling prescriptions works, even speaking exaggeratedly slowly which is mindblowingly unprofessional and distasteful. They are also "3-4 days behind on filling prescriptions" which I have NEVER IN MY LIFE heard of before. I've never had a prescription take more than until the next day if that. They blame covid and being understaffed, but that's everywhere's excuse nowadays, and yet every other cvs location (I've moved 4 times since 2020 so I've dealt with a lot since after covid started) isn't having that issue. I called Cvs on the 12/20 asked them for the refill because I will running out soon and they said not the time yet until 12/24 so I wait until 12/24 call again and they said not yet until 12/27 so on 12/27 I call again and they still not yet have to wait until 12/30 and I don't have enough medicine until 12/30 and I got so upset with them I don't trust them anymore sound like they don't care about customer needs.So at after I hang up the phone with them today I call neighborhood Walmart and got my prescription transferred to them and they got it filed for me done and 3 Hours and the customer service so nice they are wonderful I feel like they care for customer needs. read more

First time coming to this location, staff was friendly but not pushy. A lot of great sales going on as well as a variety of clearance items. Found cereal bars for $1.99 and family size cereal same price. I was most excited when I found out they had sugar free gummy bears and they were on sale for 2/$3 which is a bargain considering the only place I can find them is online and you have to spend at least $15 to get them shipped. This was the worst, most irritating experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. As a preface to this, I never write reviews, I always figured people who did this sort of thing had nothing better to do. I'm so wholly pissed off, I broke my business review code of ethics. My doctor wrote me a prescription, which is the same one I get filled here every month. I brought it to them, and when I dropped it off, the woman very kindly told me there was an issue with the prior authorization for insurance, and that I would need to pay out of pocket. "That's odd, I thought, my doctor didn't say anything and my insurance pays for it every other month. Oh well, I'll take the hit." After I agree to pay out of pocket, they tell me they don't have the full amount. I ask for a partial full, and they oblige me. I pay nearly $100 for half of my prescription and leave. When I arrive home, I realize what the issue was. They had given me the wrong formulation of my medication. (They has given me sublingual films rather than tablets which my insurance won't pay for). So I call them, and explain to them the situation. They essentially said, sorry no refunds and they refuse to swap the medications. I call my doctors office, and explain to them what happened, and they offer to write a new prescription to fill. I accept and call CVS to confirm. They agree. I return with the new prescription, and my doctors office had called ahead to explain what they're doing and void the rest that had yet to be filled. I arrived, dropped my prescription off, and left to grab lunch. When I returned they informed me that unfortunately they can't fill the prescription because I had just filled the prescription. I reminded them that they were one the same prescription and that I live nearly 40 mins away and can't just waste the gas to drive out here all Willy nilly whenever I want. They still refused and returned my prescription, and told me it was because of the "nature of the medicine." (I take buprenorphine/nalaxone for treatment for opioid addiction. I've been clean for 3 years and never had an issue with a prescription being filled early. And ironically I took the SAME PRESCRIPTION to a CVS 20 minutes down the road, and explained the situation and they filled it no problem. I feel as though I was profiled because of the medication I take, and the fact that I have the disease of addiction, even though I've worked hard to stay in recovery and live a healthy life. Tl;dr I was profiled by the staff of this CVS because of a medication I take, and they caused me nearly a week of a pain in the ass and a nearly $100 financial hit because of a mistake THEY made and refused to fix I'd give them no stars if possible, but we work with what we have. read more

This cvs is HORRIBLEEEEEE always so rude on the phone and even in person. They always seem like every single time I have to deal with them they are short staffed or short fused. Smh allllll of them not very "people" people if you know what I mean. Every time my doctor calls in my medications I call maybe 1 1/2 to 2 hours later am they still tell me 3-4 hour wait. NEVER fails! EVERY TIME!!!! When I go there to pick up my meds I always go inside because Even though I had already waited anywhere from 5-8 hours for 2 simple prescriptions, if I attempt to go through Drive though they are NEVER ready to be picked up and they ask me to come inside telling me they are filling it now or working on it now an it will be 10-15 mins which 75-80% of the damn time turns into 30-40 mins. If they didn't always keep my certain medications in stock and it wasn't such a headache/hassle to have my meds switched To another cvs I would in a heartbeat!!!!!!! The customer service, specifically in the pharmacy is terrible. Typically my prescriptions are not available with the timeframe that is promised when orders are placed. The application is not properly synced with the actual status within the store. I have been made to wait for medicine more than 25 minutes before being informed that it was not available. Lastly the pharmacists have terrible attitudes and no manners at all. After waiting an additional 15 minutes for medication that should've been available the day prior, they scream about my vehicle sitting in the drive thru when there was clearly no one waiting behind me. I'd rather drive 15 additional minutes for better service or even pay more for my medication. read more

This is the worst service I have ever had from the a female pharmacist (Erica Griffin I believe the manager said her name was). I did not get a chance to ask for her name since she so rudely hung up on me. Long story short I am a doctor and my staff attempted to call in a prescription for pain medication for my patient I did surgery on but this pharmacist refused to accept my assistant's call. Therefore, I personally called to try and clarify the situation. This pharmacist was extremely disrespectful and was concerned about the legitimacy of my call which is understandable bc of the narcotic epidemic. However, I offered to send my credentials and DEA license info but she still refused disconnected our phone call without accepting any further information verbally or in writing. She clearly did not care that another human being (my poor patient) will be without pain meds after surgery due to her impatience and inappropriate presumptions. The manager John Stevenson was no help either. No one could help us rectify the problem and instead recommended we seek out another pharmacy. I would have not given any stars but after all they did answer my 3-4 calls in attempting to call in the meds for the patient so they deserve 1 star. read more

Horrible customer service, and always out of things! Called to tell me that they had to order my medicine, and that it would be there the next day by 4. No problem. Show up at 4:30, and they tell me that not only did the medicine come in, but they wouldn't be able to get it at all, at any of their locations. If I wanted to though, I could have my doctor change the prescription and pick it up tomorrow! So frustrated. A simple phone call before I went to the location and waited in line would have alleviated all this. read more
