It was dry and lame... sorry, but it was, and it was nowhere near worth five bucks. However, the flautas (taquitos)? O. M. G! Amazing! Topped with fresh avocado, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream and what I believe was Parmesan cheese. It was a huge portion, absolutely delicious, and despite the awkward language barrier? We like that this restaurant serves pico de gallo with their tacos here, and their salsas were delicious. Hands down one of the best tortas I've had here in Newport News. For example, with the coronavirus pandemic I was finding it challenging to get my organic romaine lettuce, Roma tomatoes, and chicken breasts/thighs from other stores. Low and behold, after asking if they could offer get these items for me, they made sure they would be on order AND I got a personal phone call once my items have just been delivered to the store (it only took a couple days).
