This heavy set woman with gold glasses waited; on me on the night shift. I had several negative experiences with her . Due to her rudeness, horrific customer service adequate and low emotional intelligence . She is always on the night shift on my experiences. ( this information is so you can adequately identify this employee). Today she sold me scratch tickets at around 9:20 pm. I went over to the keno area to scratch them . It took me less than 4 minutes. I went back to cash and buy another . She said at 9:24pm literally 4 minutes later. " She did me a favor by selling me the tickets" , prior because they stop selling tickets at 9:00 pm. So giving her my hard earned monies is her doing me a favor . Geez Louise ! The lack of customer service skills is horrendous. The low emotional intelligence blows your mind away . Second incident: different day I go in to get a soda and snacks . I go to the register with this same cashier , to pay . She says I have to open the safe . That I need to back away . This made me feel uncomfortable. She should lock the door and open the safe not with customers inside . Third incident: different day She tells me I need to scratch the bottom of my scratch tickets , because she doesn't get paid enough for this . She basically screamed this with other customers behind me . I felt uncomfortable. I might have left one unscratched but not all because it's not my first rodeo . Again her low emotional intelligence in her way of addressing a situation is horrific customer service. Fourth incident: This time it's not even 9:00 pm . I go to buy tickets she says they stop selling them . So if you can please address the time scratch tickets stop being sold . To have a consistency for customers like myself . This woman is putting her own policy depending on her mood . Like she gets a kick out of the control . She likes being in control . The customers are why she has a job to begin with . Please corporate or store owner humble the ego of this cashier . ( I also called the 7-11 corporate office outside the store in my car , so this hopefully is addressed because this situation with this cashier has got out of hand). I was asked to wait while she looked into the situation. I waited for more than 30 minutes and then politely asked if she could contact a nearby CVS to see whether they had the medication in stock. After another 30+ minutes, I went back to ask about the status. Instead of receiving assistance, the pharmacist became extremely rude and started yelling at me, saying that no one at CVS was answering the phone and that she had already been helping me. The situation escalated, and I raised my voice as well. She then accused me of yelling at her and told me, "Go away!" I found this behavior completely unacceptable and unprofessional, especially from a healthcare professional dealing with a customer who had already been waiting more than a month for necessary medication. Fortunately, another pharmacist at the same Walgreens was extremely helpful. He was able to find an alternative medication for me right away and treated me with professionalism and respect. I later contacted the Walgreens manager and filed a complaint. I also suggested that management review the store's security footage to understand what happened. The manager apologized, which I appreciated. Walgreens in Needham: I hope you will take this complaint seriously and provide appropriate professional and customer-service training to this pharmacist. No customer should be treated this way, particularly when they are already dealing with the stress and frustration of obtaining their medication. I sincerely hope this experience is addressed so that other customers do not have to go through the same kind of toxic and disrespectful customer service.

Been a customer of this pharmacy for a really long time (over 10 years). I've always had a good relationship with the staff here and with the stores location so close to my home, going here was a no brainer. However, recently I've had a pile of awful experiences and unfortunately they all center around one member of the staff. For some reason, whenever I called or went in person, I ended up dealing with this woman. I tried to maintain a good rapport with her but she was so cold, rude, and indifferent. At one point I kindly asked if I could just speak with another staff members, to which she just smiled and said she would be helping me. While I'll acknowledge that some of the issues with my situation were out of the pharmacies hands, the way this woman handled everything just made me miserable and hopeless. Instead of empathizing with the fact that they had been unable to get my medication for months, she talked down and made me feel defeated. I wouldn't rate this pharmacy so poorly based on one person, despite my experience with her. I have always had to deal with little issues that would delay my prescriptions. For example, my insurance only accepts generic and not brand of one of my meds. After having this get messed up every other week, I was told they put a note in my profile to fix this. However, either no note was made or no one reads the notes, because like clockwork, every refill or two I would be charged $300 for a free medication-and then have to wait days for them to sort it out. They also butcher anything to do with insurance companies and drag their feet. I understand they are busy but it seems they have gone from the small/caring/friendly local pharmacy to a stressed/rude/oblivious/uninformed mad house. I'm now using a pharmacy an hour and a half from home, as they consistently do what this CVS fails to (and they actually have my medications). I'd look anywhere else, as this cvs has long lines, confusion with every refill, and a couple truly rude and cold staff on a power trip. I will say there are a couple staff who are absolutely brilliant-including a super pretty and kind younger lady who works the register. They also have a young male pharmacist and a middle aged woman who are truly solid. It's unfortunate they have added this cruella deville character as it is the straw that broke the camels back. Go to Walgreens or wegmans or any other cvs. Not worth the headache and stress. read more

I really hope this place succeeds - it might be hard with CVS basically right across the street. You never have to wait in line and service is very fast. Also they have all the essentials- obviously not as much stuff as other pharmacies but they also have unique gifts and toys. It is always a pleasure picking up my scripts from here and I certainly cannot say the same about CVS or Walgreens! I have been encouraging people to transfer their prescriptions over to Brighton Pharmacy from the big chain pharmacies. You won't regret it, promise! Oh there is also a few parking spots in the back (clearly marked) if you take an immediate right after passing the pharmacy on your right, which is convenient.

They will also deliver prescriptions, though I haven't used that service. I'm so glad and grateful to have found V-Care Pharmacy, and highly recommend them.

I only had to wait 10 minutes outside and five minutes inside. The people giving the shots were professional quick and pleasant. also they had the instant Covid tests in stock for $30. I haven't been able to find those anywhere. This pharmacy also makes herbal remedies and compounds. I'm going to try their sleep time vegetarian capsules that support sleep anxiety and stress. Very pleased how this all went.

A lot of drugs are on backorder now. I have never seen anything like this in my life. Unfortunately, one of my drugs was on back order. I went to Walgreens, and they said they can't get it. They said try an independent pharmacy. I called Melvin's and they were able to get the drug for me. There is also a feel to them of a family Doctor of the 1960s. No corporate medicine, where you are just a number. You feel like you have a friend watching out for you. The only thing they care about is what is best for you. There is not much of that left in the world today.
