I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at the CVS Pharmacy on Indian Trail in Norcross on Friday afternoon around 4:37 PM. While standing in a long pharmacy line, I watched staff loudly lecture an elderly man about insurance and copays in front of everyone. It was not a private, respectful conversation. It was loud, sharp, and embarrassing for him. Another employee stepped in and somehow made it worse by speaking in an exaggerated, demeaning tone that sounded like she was talking to a child. There was zero effort to be kind or professional. I also heard a staff member snap at a customer who asked about Spanish language help and say, "We only speak English here." In a healthcare setting, that is beyond unacceptable. When it was my turn, I asked the pharmacist (Lee Trac) to apply coupons I had just added in the app. She immediately acted irritated, said she would have to void everything, and then made a big show of slamming items around when I said that was fine. After rerunning the transaction, she loudly pointed out that my discounts were only a few cents, as if that made my request stupid. It felt like she was trying to embarrass me for simply wanting valid coupons applied. Customers should not be treated like a nuisance for trying to save money. To top it off, when I went to the front of the store to ask who the manager was, staff could not even clearly tell me who runs the store. Multiple first names, no last names, and no clear leadership. That is a serious red flag. I have been to this location for years and have never seen it this bad. The level of discrimination immature attitude, and lack of professionalism I saw that day was shocking. No one should be treated this way when they are picking up prescriptions or asking basic questions. I left angry, uncomfortable, and honestly concerned about the culture in that pharmacy. read more

It's always something with this CVS photo, the first incident the machine was jammed and waited a whole hour at the store for our pictures to be printed after waiting two hours of the pick up time and today machine was down waited a whole hour already fot pick up just to be told the machine wasn't working. No. Don't come here lol. There is only one person that does a great job and I love her to pieces. Normally it's the African lady that works there and she's the only reason why this isn't a 1 star. If she reads this or management, I hope you know she is the best reason for going there, because someone else was helping me today and it was awful. I can look past the mis-gendering and maybe they don't have what I need there (which is common at times), but all I wanted to do was use my own bag for a change and the lady was kind of rude and dismissive to me as I was going through the self-checkout and it prompted me that an associate was coming to help. She didn't really, she acted as if she was ring me up indirectly and when she didn't solve the problem I felt like she was standing there to make sure of something like was she scared I'd steal something?? Like I had something else to ring up but she was ignoring the whole reason she had to come over and rushing my through the process. I just... wanted.... To use... MY OWN BAG LMAO! read more

This was the most nasty bathroom! How can this be essentially open durning the time of covid19. This is ridiculous, it's clear that they haven't cleaned this bathroom in days. Maybe weeks! This is not acceptable. This business does not deserve to be open. read more

After telling us they had thermometers, my wife went to the store to get one and the lady there said they didn't have any. That's a lie because another employee said they had 2. They literally lied to her just so that they wouldn't give it. My wife's mom has diabetes and she just brushed it off. This is a terrible location. Wow, can't believe they would do that during a pandemic. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Update: My wife (who is Asian) came back and said that the manager named Sharon, who walked around the corner and gave a rude comment under her breath. She said, "if it wasn't for you people eating those things, we wouldn't have this problem". What manager says that? Stay away from this store! Very racist manager! Called the pharmacy to check on the status of filling my prescription, they said to come in 30 min. I got there for them to tell me they were out of that medicine. No phone call to let me know, nothing, a waste of my time. read more

The manager was extremely rude and annoying. Has no type of customer service skills I wonder what the hell he did to get a job in general. Wouldn't stop commenting on my appearance and asking personal questions like what gym do I go to. All the crap he was saying was mean and unnecessary he clearly saw I was being short with him still decided to keep going, I should have cussed him out and roasted him On his ugly acne since he kept talking about my face. How you work at cvs & don't got a skin care routine. I don't think his parents ever taught him If you don't have nothing nice to say don't say nothing at all. CVS is a horrible co. The pharmacist is rude and lacks any empathy. She should not be in a customer relations business. They do not follow customer requests and they are sooooooo slow. CVS does not staff for the customers but for money. read more

This CVS lost my same-day photo order. I had my order number and confirmation email and they said they couldn't find me in the system and just told me to reprint them. How can you not find me in the system when I'm showing you my confirmation number and that the pictures were ordered to that store? Horrible customer service - just save yourself the trouble and order to Walgreens. read more

I don't know what it is about this CVS but it takes forever to get prescriptions refilled. Every time I have been here it hasn't been that busy but there is always a super long wait to get a prescription. I have been to several other CVS stores in Metro Atlanta and they all are fairly speedy unless there is a visible swarm of people. Today I went to the drive-thru to pick up some prescriptions that were already filled and just needed to be picked up. I don't know what was going on but it took forever. I don't think I will be going through the drive thru again because it's more of a hassle than anything. I will continue to go to this CVS because of its proximity to work but I hope they can get the prescription flow on track. read more

Staff was not helpful. They were more interested in gossiping with each other then to check me out at the register. I ended up spending time just standing at the register with my purchase waiting for them to come take my payment. Made me late for work. read more

Awful experience here. After being told that they would not be able to fill my prescription, I went back to pick it up (since it was a written prescription, not called in by a doctor). When I arrived to pick it up, the incompetent pharmacist on duty told me "Sorry, but we lost your prescription, so we won't be able to give it back to you." No explanation, nothing. They just lost it, and in no way shape or form did the pharmacist seem to even be the least bit concerned about it. He blamed it on the pharmacist from the prior shift. I said I would walk around the store for a few minutes while he looked for it. I had dropped it off a few hours before, it couldn't have gone far. The pharmacist used the time I was waiting in the store for my prescription back to gossip with the other ladies with him in the pharmacy department. After no more than 5 minutes, he called me back to the pharmacy he me again "sorry, we can't find it...I looked where it is supposed to be and it's not there. So tell your Dr. he can write a new one and I'll call to back your story up". I told him that he needed to find it and I didn't understand how it just up and disappeared. I never once saw him *look* or seem the least bit alarmed that a schedule II narcotic went missing under his watch. Now, I have no medication, and I have to take time away from work to go get the reprinted script and get it to any pharmacy BUT CVS to fill it. Absolutely zero customer service skills, carelessness, and incompetency on CVS's part and the pharmacy staff at this location. I will not be returning, and will be sure to let friends and family know what a nightmare this has been. read more

Horrible experience not once, but TWICE! Staff is NOT competent. We also were not provided with any counsel from the pharmacist after receiving three new medications...it's sad to see this type of customer service displayed from healthcare professionals. read more
