It was just after midnight so literally EVERY pharmacy in Elkhart was closed. This is the only actual 24 hour pharmacy in a 50 mile radius. The pharmacist was incredibly helpful and kind and was able to get us everything we need to take care of our little one. Not that I wish anyone to need a pharmacy in the middle of the night but if you ever do, this is the place for you!

The pharmacist whose name is Jamie, was so rude and has zero empathy for customers who are in pain post-surgical. They never reached out to the provider like they said they would so I had the provider call them which essentially means I did their job for them and then waited two hours only for Jamie to scream at me saying they "needed to take their lunch break and it would be another hour" before she could get around to filling the prescriptions that were much needed. It was obvious she really truly didn't care. It's obvious from all the Yelp reviews that this location operates poorly and could use a refresher in customer care. Good thing Walgreens is across the street and provides much better service.
