As for short term needs that either do not have any refill or possibly just one, we usually have them sent to a pharmacy closer to our home. Because this pharmacy is located right inside the Henry Ford Medical Center in Troy where we go for Doctor appointments, occasionally it is convenient to fill a one-time prescription here to be picked up on our way out. Recently we had a prescription sent for mail delivery for an upcoming appointment and we forgot about it until the day before the appointment when we realized it had not arrived. We tried to fill it at our local pharmacy but they couldn't fill it until one day too late. We then contacted this Henry Ford Pharmacy and they had it in stock and would have it ready for pickup in 30 minutes. In the past they have also had medicine we needed in stock and handled by efficient and friendly staff. I have to remember that they are always ready to help with our needs!

I do deliveries here sometimes part time through a app & it's usually a pharmacy delivery Which I…read morego to the pharmacy section 4 or a retail ready Delivery, which sits on a shelf on the side of the registers, and apparently there was three orders ready today and the one I went to pick up was not, and when speaking to what they call a manager named Cheri which was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unethical of many aspects. She began to question if I was at the Ray store and then began to repeatedly asked me if it's a pharmacy order which clearly I told her it is a retail ready upfront counter order and acted like she didn't have access to see it and stores typically say the order is ready through the app and that's why drivers go to the store to pick it up and after waiting patiently for 10 to 15 minutes as I finally get the order as I'm walking out the door she calls me dumb and I go back in and confront her, which she denies and switch the word to Rudy which I have on video and clearly she said I'm very dumb. So if you're a smart shopper, don't deal with nonsense like this from places that don't do their job and are rude call you rude instead and dumb for being unhappy with what they do for a living.
