No urgency, no ownership, no solution. The call ended with zero effort to actually help. Losing a prescription and then refusing to fix it in real time is unacceptable. When I went to pick up my medications, I was told that my health insurance pharmacy coverage was "inactive" and was asked to pay for the medication out of pocket. What makes this situation even worse is that no one from the pharmacy informed me of this issue beforehand. I had called earlier the same day to order my medication, and at no point was I advised that there was any problem with my insurance coverage. Had I been notified in advance, I could have contacted my insurance company and resolved the issue before making a trip to the pharmacy. For patients who depend on essential medications, delays like this can have serious health consequences. The lack of communication and attention to detail demonstrated by the pharmacy staff put my health at risk and caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated issue. The staff often come across as rude, dismissive, and uninterested in helping patients. What was most frustrating was that no one seemed willing to take responsibility or ownership of the problem.
