I had a problem with one of my answers I assume to give in the pre-survey. I did the pre-survey the day that I was assigned the shop and I had a mistake. Rather than allowing me if you to make the mistake right they just dropped and canceled the shop. I do not feel that is very professional at all. I feel like if you're going to have a company represent you and obtained shoppers for your company they should be professional just like you are. I would appreciate a change in the coordinators that you have currently. You should be more amenable to changes and helping your shoppers, do their job to the best of their ability. I would then resign with you as a shopper.

I get there and I told them I had hypothyroidism in the past. They did not know how to understand my labs and had me panicked that I was very ill. They referred me to an endocrinologist. I came home and looked at labs I've had in the past and when I saw what they were so alarmed about, it was from my hypothyroidism, not hyperthyroidism. As HCPs, why didn't they know that?? Now, they've had my labs for 2 weeks. The pharmacist orders two hormone creams...but they don't have one of them in stock. Why not? You had my labs for TWO WEEKS. Do you NOT look at them to see what they said BEFORE I showed up? And if you did, WHY didn't you order what I needed? Like who does inventory around there. So, after 5 days, I call and ask for the status because I haven't heard anything. They said I should get a text that day and if not, call back. I got the text on Wednesday and have been waiting for my medication. I called yesterday evening and left a message stating I had not received it. I get a call today saying it was marked "pick-up." I don't know why because I told the pharmacist twice I wanted it mailed to me because it would take 40-45 minutes for me to get there due to construction. They said they are mailing it today. This place is a disorganized MESS! I won't be going back. I can find another compound pharmacy.

To make it even more irritating the automated phone system told me each time that the pharmacy was now open and my script was ready. Went in today to try again and they had put my medicine back on the shelf. When I explained to them the situation the rep as the window got a major attitude and kept repeating "our hours are 9-5." Wouldn't elaborate, wouldn't say anything but that when I asked them to pull it now. This was at 4:30 btw so again, well within their hours. I can't even get them to transfer the script to a proper pharmacy so now I have to go to my doctor and get them to send it elsewhere. This place has always had an understaffed pharmacy but this has become too much. I don't take this stuff for fun, I need it to live my life, and Walgreens clearly couldn't care less. Not only have they lost a pharmacy customer today but I'm done coming here for convenience items as well. The way things are going they will probably close soon anyway so I doubt anyone cares about my patronage.

When trying to explain my…read more2.5 year experiences of getting the same specialty drug (specialty implies ordered from specialty pharmacy that is shipped to the store, nothing major) and then needing to ask more questions, he hung up on me. I was told my drug was there at the store (phone message left by a pharmacist) and then when my family member went to get it the family member was told it was not there. He said he has "20 years of experience and knows everything" but clearly has no customer service skills. I would suggest not going to this location if you have to deal with Ed. He is confrontational when you are just trying to explain the issues. After he hung up, I tried to call back to get his name as he did not even introduce himself as the pharmacist the first time he answered the phone . He put me on hold for 30 minutes after I tried to call back to get my questions answers and then was again rude. I will be pulling all of my medications from this location and would advise not going here. I had no problems for 4 years of getting medications at this location but Ed is clearly not fit to be in his position with how he speaks to customers. I also reported him to Walgreens and will be talking to the store manager tomorrow. Ed needs to go back to school for customer service 101. I will say there is normally a really kind, young pharmacist there who was very helpful when I started a medication and it's a shame I was stuck with someone so disrespectful today. Once I booked an appointment I was provided a confirmation email with several reading and prep materials as well as direction for arrival. I entered the drive through and was about 4th in line. I was served before my appointment time, and was give thorough explanations in verbal and written for to administer the test myself. It was quick, easy, and painless; and best of all free. The lady at the window was very kind and helpful and walked me through everything for giving myself the test and what to do after. Thanks for being available, CVS!

Now we have to type our names in, and birthdate information, and the screen is so large that everyone waiting in line can see our names and birthdates. Very unsecure. The coup d de grace is that the pharmacy closes for lunch every day for 30 minutes. CVS hire some folks to take care of your customers. I am about to give up on a pharmacy 5 minutes from our home at Geist that I have used for over 30 years and drive farther. Yikes!!!

CVS has made it easy to pick up prescriptions with their app. You just present the q code and they do the rest. The ladies working on the drive through window are extremely nice. And I like that the Pharmacist take notice of what you are taking and if any new drug could be contradicting. It's comforting to know they have your back. And I don't find their prices higher than anywhere else. I have trued a lot too. I think the convenience is a plus too.

More than once I've had these experiences along with general rudeness at times from staff members Bob and Michael. I reported these two staff members to the store's customer service line and the store manager and not to my surprise, nothing was done about it. Plus the manager had an attitude when I addressed my concerns with her and made excuses for their behavior. So I stopped shopping there and moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
