I had a problem with one of my answers I assume to give in the pre-survey. I did the pre-survey the day that I was assigned the shop and I had a mistake. Rather than allowing me if you to make the mistake right they just dropped and canceled the shop. I do not feel that is very professional at all. I feel like if you're going to have a company represent you and obtained shoppers for your company they should be professional just like you are. I would appreciate a change in the coordinators that you have currently. You should be more amenable to changes and helping your shoppers, do their job to the best of their ability. I would then resign with you as a shopper.

This pharmacy does not interface well with the Indiana Medicaid system. Medicaid says I'm enrolled…read morein traditional Medicaid, but several times the clerks have told me that I'm not enrolled in Medicaid. I have no medicine from this pharmacy. I don't know if the problem is with this pharmacy or with the State of Indiana...and I can't have an answer.

The down side to this is that the pharmacy is usually low on staff and does not have a drive through. I would say that parking is spacious enough to accommodate people coming into the store. The pharmacist, although busy, still is kind and thorough with each part of contact. More than once I've had these experiences along with general rudeness at times from staff members Bob and Michael. I reported these two staff members to the store's customer service line and the store manager and not to my surprise, nothing was done about it. Plus the manager had an attitude when I addressed my concerns with her and made excuses for their behavior. So I stopped shopping there and moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
