Obviously, I didn't learn my lesson and I attempted to order photo books again this year. I ordered two books. They each had over 200 photos in them. I drove to the store to pick them up and they told me that someone at the store, an employee, had canceled one of my orders ... they never even notified me of this, and I had already paid for it online . One of the photo books was "ready "and I will post a picture of it. It only has 100 out of the 200 pictures in it but they weren't going to change my price. They used 8 1/2 x 11 paper and put it in an 8 x 10 frame so that the edges of the paper were sticking out of the frame and bent. They also left off my cover photo which was supposed to show through the frame in the front of the book. There's so many problems here. First of all whoever made the photo book should've taken a look at their work and said "wow this is crap. I wouldn't dare put my name on something like that." Secondly the associate who handed it to me from the Photoshop should've looked at it and said "wow this is crap. I wouldn't give a customer anything that looked remotely like this. " I called customer service and had them refund me for the book I paid for that the store had canceled and I took my business elsewhere. read more

Would give a zero if I could. My insurance made me switch to CVS and I went to pick up my prescriptions today. The man behind the counter said I didn't have insurance. I tried to tell him I was on the phone with my insurance and they would call. While the insurance was talking to a woman the man came back up to me and said the numbers were right that I didn't have insurance and I was trying to steal from them. I said the insurance company is calling right now that the phone number is wrong they have the right policy number but wrong insurance company. He accused me of lieing and trying to scam him. I asked several times for him to leave me alone and he kept going. Once the lady got off the phone turned out they had made the mistake but he told me to leave his f ing store. I get mistakes get made but accusing someone of scamming and trying to steal is unacceptable then to not only not apologize for the error but refuse service is appalling. Went to another CVS and they had to update my information in the system then my insurance approved. The people there are rude and unprofessional. Should not even have jobs in customer service if they treat people that way. read more

New management has already improved the stores condition and product availability. Clean and well accessible building with friendly, kind and knowledgeable employees. Many new faces, many of which are bilingual. Excellent sales every week with plenty of items to choose from. The store is growing and heading the the right direction. The 24 hour pharmacy is always available with caring technicians and intelligent pharmacist. This store has taken a full 360 in the past few weeks and will continue that improvement in the weeks, months and years to come! 10/10 read more

Pharmacy is always out of stock on prescriptions. While there have been a couple of pharmacist that were good the majority are rude and whiney. The pharmacy tech act disinterested and like you're bothering them. I would choose another CVS not the one at this address. read more

The 5 star review goes to Daisy who works in the pharmacy. I came to this location after another location had a lot of issues trying to get authorization to fill my prescription for Accutane (which involves multiple authorizations and is more complicated than most prescriptions). Daisy was kind and patient and willing to wait on hold with the company who does the authorizations in order to make sure I was able to get my prescription when I needed it. It was definitely busy yet I didn't feel rushed and she clearly went out of her way to help me deal with this. I'm very grateful for Daisy's kindness. Thank you! read more

Worst cvs ever. Employees never help you out. Always try to get out of things. They never have anything in stock. These people do not look like they enjoy their job. Many other cvs claim this is the bad apple of the bunch, and now I believe it. This has got to be the worst one and whenever I can I always try to avoid them, but since they're closer to my mothers house, I do stop here once in a blue moon! And on every single one of those stops, there's rude employees! I will definitely not be going back to this cvs! read more
