I don't know what it is about CVS. Maybe it's the novelty of the place. Maybe it's the fact that the place is carpeted. Or maybe it's the super duper friendly (and helpful!) service. I'll put my money on the third option. CVS rocks. I came here about a month ago to fill a prescription, and everyone I talked to (the pharmacy techs, CVS employees, etc.) were super friendly and helpful. Attitude. I am looking for a new pharmacy because this pharmacy has the most unfriendly people working for them. I have gone to pick up a drug. Because I was notified it was ready. I get home and there is a message that I can pick up another drug. That just plain stinks. read more

There are only self check outs. There appears to be a register but the employee will not ring you out. The register is closed. She instead tells you to check out using the self checkout a customer asked to use his coupon during check out and she told him to go to the kiosk in the middle of the store to get his coupon to scan at check out. The older customers all had trouble using the checkouts and the line got long. The employee was not very helpful or too friendly. I felt bad for the customers. I even asked her for help and she didn't direct me to the item I was looking for. I won't go back here. It's nothing but a hassle and despite self checkouts, it takes much longer to get what you need and out the door. read more

The pharmacy team is amazing. They are patient kind responsible, and make sure the prescription is up-to-date and fulfilled within the time. Especially George, who helped me tremendously trying to make sure the prescription was correctly failed also the team of Danielle and Gia were tremendously kind. Great store great team. This CVS has some fairly rude folks in the pharmacy. I've tried them for a year now, but am going to switch locations. How disappointing.

Well, I like the store because it's convenient and close, but I've been there when the employees have been screaming at each other and some days pharmacy service is terrific and some days it's not so terrific. All in all I hope it's not one of the stores that gets closed. read more

I wish I could rate this location as a ZERO. I have used CVS for decades but in IL, IN, MI, OH, and now MO. This location is the worst ever. While I understand you may be understaffed, you should not work with the public if you can't provide the technical expertise and customer service. The tech with the red braids wanted to make excuses when she said, "we are busy". I just got out of the hospital and and came by at 4 ish and was told to come back at 7. I came back at 7:35. The red braid girl ( due to lack of professionalism) was combative. This is not the first time I had an issue with being disrespected. Don't call the pharmacy because they don't answer the phone. read more

This pharmacy is absolutely the most unprofessionally ran pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. This is not a one time incident bad review. They text me that my prescription is ready, I drive there, its still a 40 minute wait. Thats the norm. I have never walked in, got my meds and paid for them in a timely manner, there is always a hiccup. Today was the last straw. I went to pick up a cancer medication and an employee from the front of the store told me I didn't have anything to pick up. Drove home, called my doctor, of course he had called it in yesterday. Now I'll be driving back to pick it up, hopefully this will be the last time I ever go into this CVS. read more

Wow!!! Never realized that CVS would exploit the pandemic crisis! Went to buy a pack of disposable face masks to distribute to customers entering my business. Asked the clerk where they were available. CVS decided to take the masks out of the bulk packaging and is selling these disposable masks for $1.99 each at the check-out counter. A pack of 50 of these masks are around $22.00 on Amazon, and I found packs of 25 for $18.00 at Walmart this morning. CVS - you should be ashamed of yourselves for price-gouging and taking advantage of customers. read more

I love CVS stores, but I'm not sure but the pharmacy department here is just terrible. I have never been on hold to get a hold of a pharmacy staff on the phone this long. It has been 20 minutes and counting, still no one has picked up. I even tried refilling prescriptions the day before and promised it'll be ready the next day and when I arrived at drive thru it wasn't filled and asked to come back a couple of hours. I know that places get busy but never had problems anywhere else. If CVS didn't buy out other pharmacy I wouldn't even consider them especially with this kind of service. It is now 30 minutes and still nothing. If I didn't need my meds badly I would've hung up already. read more

I am very disappointed in the service provided here , had to wait 40 minutes to even BE LOOKED AT , yet alone get my prescription. People walked in after me and were helped as I was skipped over. Literally the worst CVS you could ever step into. I'm disgusted. read more

It never fails, every time I stop in here on my way to work and that's 7am folks, I'm greeted with a pleasant "Good Morning!!" The employees always seem to be very friendly and most helpful. On this particular morning I was seeking Theraflu (daytime). Trying to fight off my cold before New Years Eve of course! I employee wanders by and noticed I was searching she stopped, inquired and then pointed out that she would look in the back. Apparently Theraflu is a HOT COMMODITY! Once I had my Theraflu in hand I took my time and casually walked to the front but not before grabbing a box of Quaker's new True Delights. This lovely instant oatmeal 'wild blueberry muffin' flavor is packed with 25g of whole grains, 4g of fiber, 5g of protein and is certainly and terrific source for calcium and iron. Best of all it's quick and easy for the office! CVS had them on sale 2/$5 with your Care Mark card, no card - no worries, they swipe a coupon at the checkout! read more

I generally like CVS, the merchandise, the layout, the people. But at this one, our checker, Timothy, didn't acknowledge us, barely looked at us, didn't seem to want to deal with us. I think he would have preferred we just take the stuff... Three stars for CVS having what we needed, though. And those amazingly long receipts even if you're buying just one thing, OY! read more

This is a great CVS and so much friendlier than management at Walgreens down the street. The Walgreens at Graeser has really gone downhill since management caters to some old woman who has mental issues and they allow to act as a psudo employee. So nice to now be at CVS where customer service actually means something. read more

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. I am beyond disappointed with the service provided here. Exhibit A) I had to come to this pharmacy three separate times in order to fill a medication I desperately needed for my mental well being. I don't know if it's that the pharmacy staff here doesn't take depression and anxiety seriously, or that they are just embarrassingly inefficient in their work. I am not an angry person, but I freaked out at the staff there today, and honestly I'm not sorry about it. Sure, some of them may be doing their jobs well, but the fact of the matter is that most are not--and that's why I'm never coming back here. read more

Awful pharmacy servie-imagine this: pull up to drive up with patient just discharged needing meds. Attendant at CVS says it will take 1 hour for Rx at drive up but only 1/2 hour if you come inside. Go inside, give script to pharmacist wait 25 minutes and be told that they only have 1 of 2 prescriptions! Terrible service long delayed took me to Walgreens. read more

Worst CVS Ive ever stepped in to! I typically am a huge CVS fan but both the pharmacy staff and the store itself are so poorly run. The Pharmacists are so rude, its shocking and the store shelves are always empty! I drive an extra 15 to avoid this place, you should too! read more
