First, they made a mistake with my son's prescription and did not fill it correctly. Then, last week, I spoke with them about refilling a prescription and made it clear that I needed it by Monday. They told me that would be fine. When I went I was told that the prescription was not ready, and I was told no one had ordered it. The owner/pharmacist was dismissive and treated it like it was just a simple mistake. But this is medication. Pharmacies are responsible for people's health and safety, and mistakes like this can have serious consequences. One mistake was bad enough. Two is completely unacceptable. I called her doc and he said he would call in a prescription. He had her pharmacy on file Harbor Hill -and said he would call it in. Since it was July 4th, I called to see if they were open. Irene, the pharmacist picked up. She said the pharmacy was not open but they will open for emergencies and she would happily go there to fill it. She then filled the prescription and delivered it herself! I am so grateful to her and her special pharmacy who showed how they really care about their customers!
