This pharmacist refused to give her name so I took a photo instead. The pharmacy didn't mix my 11 month old daughter's medicine, so when I inserted a syringe to pull it, nothing came out but powder. I called the pharmacy to inform them and to replace the medicine but this pharmacist insisted they can only mix it. She said that "sometimes they're running around and forget to mix it because they're so busy" which made me very uneasy that they're so quick to make a mistake on a child's medicine and have no accountability for it. She continued on to say that she won't do anything but mix it, but You can't mix a medication that has been tampered because it risks the dosing being wrong. I went in person, as a different cvs told me they have to replace it as it's their mistake, and while talking to a completely different pharmacist, this one interrupted the conversation to again argue that they would only mix it. She refused to let anyone else handle the matter and told me to "take the bottles out of her face" while slamming them on the counter. I told her my daughter has kidney disease and any misdosing could cause serious issues and she showed 0 compsssion. This woman should not be in a field requiring so much responsibility and empathy. If your pharmacy made a mistake, own it, don't tell me it wasn't a mistake. Gaslighting a mother who is trying to do her best for her infant is the most disturbing way to abuse power. read more

There's very good reasons why all reviews have one star. It's because you can't leave a zero star review. The system won't let you leave a zero star review. You can't talk to anyone when you call. It's all automated and you have to leave a msg. We were vacationing in the area and needed an rx filled. I called and received a call back on a Tuesday. I was told they were out of the medication and they would order it. No one called me to say if it came in. I finally, after leaving 2 more voicemails, went to the Pharmacy myself. They still did t have it and could tell me why or when. Well we were leaving town and couldn't wait around for it anymore. Go to Walgreens if you can. Avoid this location if you can. read more

Yes, they call you back at their convenience NOT YOURS. Imagine that for a second ....... your frequent their business, choosing CVS as your provider for prescriptions and this is the level of customer service you receive. I generously give you 6 hours but when I show up you say "we didn't fill it be you don't have insurance on file and we didn't think you'd want it". WHAT in the new stupidity is this? Yea I want it. My daughter needs an inhaler and it's the only Target where the pharmacist (Sean) tells you to come back in 4 hours, or tomorrow. Every time, even though the medicine is there and in the system and there are zero people waiting. He's watching me write this review after asking him to confirm his name is Sean. Now he's asking my daughters name again to get me out of here, probably because he has a lot of bad reviews, according to Target customer service. Avoid this one if possible. read more

I'm staying in Palmdale and I just need to run into a CVS and pick up some toiletries. Siri tells me there is one nearby. One star. I gnome that and drive there. I circle the parking lot for 5 minutes before I realize it's actually a corner of the Target. Deep inside. Not near the door. It has no entrance of its own, and no cashiers of its own. I look around. Everything I need is under lock and key, all in different cabinets. I take the long walk back out, and the even longer walk through the parking lot, because I had parked near the lonely CVS sign on the exterior wall, and not near the Target entrance. This location should close down. Made an appointment days ahead for a vaccine for my daughter who was home from college. Got there and was told there was no appointment. I literally had to show the email confirmation and text. I had to repeat the name of the vaccine and assist the employee with the spelling. Then she told me that they did not have it in but another location did. I asked her if she could just call that location to let them know that I had an appointment but their location was out of the vaccine. She told me she could not do that. What happened to being courteous??? They did not have the vaccine. The least she could have done was call to let the other location know so we wouldn't have to start from scratch to try to get another appointment. Please hire professionals who know how to provide efficient customer service. read more
