The store is unorganized. The lady who is working at the store is behind the plastic covering - from Covid restrictions it seems. She asked what I came for and called another person in another room (at the stock room maybe) to help me. They didn't have the ramp that I was looking for. So he pointed me towards Home Depot. And so I left. I parked at the dental clinic parking lot. If they have a private parking, I didn't find it.

I used to deal with a pharmacy in Pasadena that would deliver same day to lancaster. To top it off, they guaranteed delivery by 7:00 p.m. twice. And, when I called to ask if I could pick up the medication it was out for delivery with no ETA just guaranteed before 7:00 p.m. the pharmacy closes at 6:00 so, when 701 came around and I called to ask for my medication was, they were closed. They call the next day to let me know the medication is back because their driver said we refused to accept the medication. I don't know how that was possible when no one came to the door and no one in my household spoke to any delivery driver from said pharmacy. So, is it just the pharmacy that's incompetent or the delivery service they use are liars? Either way this has been the most unpleasant experience in pharmaceutical care that I have ever dealt with

No one will take responsibility and when you try to get a working local number to reach someone empowered to help, they will ask you how you got it and act like you did something wrong. Sales will refer to billing. Billing will refer to sales. It's the classic "right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing". As a result, it can take months to resolve receiving supplies for a device you don't actually have, meanwhile the insurance is paying claims on those supplies. Physicians: Run, don't walk, away from this place. They have no concept of customer service. Patients: If your doctor wants to set you up with durable medical equipment, ask who they have in mind otherwise this company will just dump stuff on your doorstep without any prior effort to confirm when or what.
