I walk in see a EMPLOYEE ONLY bathroom, look at it and ask the lady if there is a public bathroom (some places don't and I need to know asap at this time) The lady proceeds to talk about how rude I was for asking my question when she was talking to another customer, after pointing us in the direction of the public bathroom she continues to talk to her customer about how rude I am for interrupting. I was still a customer and paid for a overpriced snack (just to make a purchase and not just use restroom) during my purchase she continued to talk about how rude I was and "she wasn't raised that way". As someone who has done the SAME JOB that was absolutely ridiculous. Won't be back Thank you!

I stopped in to purchase lottery tickets and greeted the cashier, but she did not respond. I brushed it off and began listing the ticket numbers I wanted, yet again received no acknowledgment. When I asked how many tickets I had requested, she still didn't respond and simply started scanning them. She scanned $20 tickets that I did not ask for. When I questioned it, she argued with me and insisted that I had requested them. Her attitude throughout the interaction was rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when we first walked in, there was a noticeable trail of trash leakage from the back of the store all the way to the front door. The overall experience was so unpleasant that I decided to leave without making a purchase. Will not be returning. Very disappointing customer service.

But for your run of the mill needs, and being halfway between the Interstate and Panama City, it's probably your best bet for regular need to pee, or need a drink, stops. Now if you ARE a truck driver this is your LAST STOP for fuel for Panama City if you use COMDATA.... the next stop is just a Kangaroo express that you have to navigate the terrible traffic of midtown Panama City to get to, then come on and off a high way via side streets. Diesel costs more here, but you'll find paying more here being a better option than getting to the Kangaroo Express (I know, I said I'm not a trucker, but I work for a trucking company that uses Comdata) All in All, it's nothing as good as a Loves, but it beats the heck out of one of those side of the road gas stations you see in horror movies.
