I didn't know the process at Minute Clinic, so it was a bit clumsy. There are no such things as walk-ins. You have to request an appointment, either online or at the kiosk. There was no one available to guide me through the process or provide instructions. There was one person working, the doctor, who only comes out momentarily between patients. When you apply for the appointment, it will tell you when the next available appointment is. Be prepared with insurance information and credit/debit card information. It will cost you. I found out that had I been in my home state my insurance would have paid all but a co-pay, but since I was out of state they would not cover it. I hate medical insurance companies. When you come for your appointment, sign in at the kiosk, and be prepared to wait. The name "minute clinic" is a bit misleading. There will be as much medical and insurance bureaucracy here as anywhere else in the USA. Thankfully, once I got in, the doctor was thorough and pleasant. She confirmed what I knew and provided the script which I had filled at the CVS pharmacy. I started the process at lunchtime and got out at 6 PM. That's one long minute, but it was faster and less expensive than driving to the Mexican border to purchase what I needed at a Mexican pharmacy. I give: 5 stars to the doctor 3 stars for the clinic itself 4 stars for the pharmacy. Average: 4 stars

I went to this store. After completing my transaction at the self-checkout, I confirmed that my debit card had been charged $36, but the register malfunctioned and failed to print a receipt. I didn't particularly need the receipt, but a staff member nearby insisted, "If you don't have a receipt, you can't take those items out of the store." I was frustrated and showed them my phone screen as proof of the charge, but they coldly repeated, "There's nothing we can do." They also said, "That transaction should disappear by tomorrow morning," but I couldn't understand on what basis I was supposed to believe that. Furthermore, if the transaction hadn't disappeared by the morning, they told me to come back, but I couldn't comprehend why I should have to go back to the store a second time when I hadn't done anything wrong. When I mentioned speaking to the manager, Scott, he was extremely rude and dismissed my concerns without a second thought, adopting a condescending attitude. He offered no apology and simply told me to go to Publix next door, which left me astounded. This situation goes beyond just poor customer service; it's really an inappropriate way to handle a transaction. Taking my money without providing the products is clearly unacceptable. It's utterly frustrating and incomprehensible. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Being treated this way is simply intolerable, and I believe anyone shopping at this store should be aware that they might encounter similar treatment. I would recommend avoiding this store. Such experiences are certainly not welcomed by any other customers. Additionally, I wasted 30 valuable minutes of my time. Heartbroken, I left the store empty-handed. They took my $36 without providing any products, and I returned home feeling nothing but disappointment and anger. read more

So disappointed been going here for years now and my mixed son goes up to the bakery and ask for a cookie and the lady tells him he can go up front and buy them they are buy one get one free and not even two mins later a little white boy goes up to her and asks for a cookie and she hands him one so I go up to her and said are you serious you just told my some to go buy some and you give other little boy one that's so wrong cause my son is mixed it's crazy every time we go there my son gets a cookie with no problem and now this one lady wants to be against him cause he is mixed so not cool I will not be goin back there and I will let friends know how it is read more

TW: (Racist Front Cashier in Liquor Store ) Came in to buy alcohol for my first spring break being finally 21 and the lady was inexplicably rude. She discriminated against me and my friend ( who was underage ) and wouldn't let me buy alcohol even though we told her repeatedly he was my designated driver. Publix is a little more high end than some of it competitors but if you plan ahead there are some great deals especially if you take advantage of their BOGO deals. Wednesday loves their Boar's Head Tavern Ham so that was our first stop after entering the store. The staff in the deli was very friendly and cut the portions perfectly thin just a bit thicker than shaved ham which was perfect we always purchase this in small amounts so it's always fresh other wise our cat will turn up her nose and walk away (yeah she's spoiled but deserving). We found everything we were looking for and was in and out of here in a few minutes, another great experience and it didn't break the bank. The large parking lot made finding a space close to the entrance a breeze even though they were quite busy - it's no accident Publix remains one of my favorite grocery stores here in Florida...

Between myself and my husband, we get a plethora of prescriptions filled monthly. I am almost there…read moreweekly to pick up. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful (young people), but there is a woman there that is consistently rude. I choose to go to Adams over the big chains for several reasons, one being that I get a compounded prescription, another reason is that I take a medication that is constantly on backorder at the big chains, and several of the medications are controlled and the big chains are becoming more difficult with controlled medications. They do not have auto refill, wish they did. Sometimes they say they don't have a prescription in their system and then I find out it was sitting in a queue in their system. I can't tell you how often I have caught them in this situation. Another issue I have is that I have multiple prescriptions to be filled at once and I go to pick them up and get all the way home and realize that one of them is missing for one reason or the other. Now what I actually have a serious problem with is the "Fee's" they charge very sporadically for prescriptions. Some months I have no fee on a specific medication, some months it's $10, $20, ect. I have several medications that my insurance covers completely with a zero co-pay, yet they tack on that extra fee charge.... They are "in-network" on my insurance plan, yet they say that they charge the fees because the insurance doesn't pay them enough. They signed a contract with the insurance company, therefore they should abide by the contract that they signed. I have kept everything for over a year and kept detailed records. I have a sneaky suspicion they will either stop charging the fees soon, or stop taking my insurance. I guess time will tell.
