Im 9 months pregnant and went trough the drive thru to get my prescription , i clicked the call button because i waited 15 minutes. The lady yelled " i said give me a damn minute" (even though she never said anything prior) when she finally came the lady yelled at the drive thru yelled at me again because I was in the passenger seat trying to tell her my name! She couldve atleast explained the situation instead of yelling but she said she can only talk to the person in the driver seat and she pointed her finger at me yelling. She then hung the phone up and walked away so when I went in to the store to try and get my medicine, she then laughed at me because the pharmacist said my medication being sent to the CVS on tyndall pkwy. I then found out when i went to CVS on tyndall the pharmacist made that up and my medication was infact at the cove store!! Finally had to order my prescription to the CVS on tyndall because she didn't want to do her job! Now I know why their parking lot stays empty.

My son's seizure medication was sent to this pharmacy days ago. The younger man immediately had an attitude, and claimed not to have the prescription. The doctor called to confirm it was in stock, and resent the prescription. The two older men began screaming at me that it was unavailable, so go to another pharmacy. I asked them why nobody called to tell me this, as I do not have consistent transportation...and they completely lost it. My son's doctor heard them screaming over the phone! I suddenly got a text that it was "too soon" to refill up this BRAND NEW prescription. What exactly is going on here?

When my Dr orders a prescription he wants me to immediately start taking them and not a week later when CVS gets around to filling it. This joint is the one stop shop and it's open 24hrs, so yes, why wouldn't they shut down all the mom and pop grocery shops that are the shining beacon of inefficiency. Might as well order them on Amazon, it'll get the before their next shipment comes in. Anyway, I had a pretty pleasant shopping experience here. It wasn't too too crowded, probably because it wasn't peak season. The aisles were neat and well taken cared of. The self check out was painless and our shopping was brief and painless.
