This place could not have been more helpful and accommodating to all and every request. Locally owned, tons of little local crafts, gifts and of course just about anything you need. Not only do they remember customers (even after one visit), always welcoming, offer delivery and even a drive thru window (offering dog treats too) but some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Service is excellent, easy to work with and flexible with what you need. If you need meds nearby - don't bother with anywhere else.

Lunchtime is between 1130 - 130 pm. There should be no reason one person is working the sandwich area. Don't say you have 2 staff when one is just making online orders. If you are 2nd or 3rd in line and the people in front of you have a list of several sandwiches to make, your lunchtime is over and you have to be back at work before you can eat. Might as well run thru Chick-fil-A. Same with dinner time, the time frame is 5pm - 7pm. No reason what so ever to have bare hot shelves of missing chickens, chicken poppers, etc. There manager of that department should be replaced. Many times this store makes me feel I live in Venezuela, many items empty shelves, especially if an item is on BOGO that week. Managers, you know your stock and what sells fast, you need to then up the order. The only department that excels is the Pharmacy. Amanda and her team there do a fantastic job. If any of them leave then it's finally on to the Senoia store. 5 stars for the pharmacy, 2,5 - 3 stars for the rest.

They claim they didn't have the proper insurance info in order to process the payment. On top of that this was scheduled weeks in advance and we get no phone calls until the Friday evening before they closed. Then we had to wait until Monday where they indicate they open at 9am but no one answered the phone or returned our call until 10:30am. Not impressed and I'll be speaking with the original doctor who works with them that I'll NEVER use this pharmacy for anything not even baby aspirin. I will pay extra to go elsewhere where people are treated properly. Not creating stress for someone about to go into surgery because they are inept and cannot do their job. Horrible.

I thought McDonald's was supposed to be famous for broken ice cream machines, but apparently Costco is trying to take the crown. The sad part? Costco is losing money over this.
