This place could not have been more helpful and accommodating to all and every request. Locally owned, tons of little local crafts, gifts and of course just about anything you need. Not only do they remember customers (even after one visit), always welcoming, offer delivery and even a drive thru window (offering dog treats too) but some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Service is excellent, easy to work with and flexible with what you need. If you need meds nearby - don't bother with anywhere else.

We were forced to use this so called professional pharmacy because of a surgery. They claim they didn't have the proper insurance info in order to process the payment. On top of that this was scheduled weeks in advance and we get no phone calls until the Friday evening before they closed. Then we had to wait until Monday where they indicate they open at 9am but no one answered the phone or returned our call until 10:30am. Not impressed and I'll be speaking with the original doctor who works with them that I'll NEVER use this pharmacy for anything not even baby aspirin. I will pay extra to go elsewhere where people are treated properly. Not creating stress for someone about to go into surgery because they are inept and cannot do their job. Horrible.

Somehow, I remembered that I would need to bring my medications with me but at the last minute when it was time to put them into the bag, I forgot. So now I'm off on a two week road trip and I'm going to be without my prescription. Publix to the rescue! I stopped in here, told the nice young lady my story, and she punched a few keys on the computer. Lo and behold, my prescription is available to be renewed here and transferred from my regular Publix back in Charlotte. Bada bing, bada boom, I got a text message a few minutes later that it was ready to be picked up. I hadn't even finished my shop at this point. That's service! Pleasant, efficient, friendly. The soda shoppe inside here has a lunch counter like you might find in historical photos of 1960s America, and they make great shakes and floats. For the first time this week, I was there during the lunch hour and was able to try the food. I had a chicken salad sandwich and cup of chili. Both were very tasty; enough to have me thinking about when I can go back for lunch again. The woman working the counter was very helpful and kind in walking me thru the menu options, and the pricing was good. The gift shop area is currently featuring fall-themed items (think pumpkin-flavored and turkey-themed treats and decor). However there is still a large sampling of items without the fall theme. Honestly, just browsing the gifts is a great way to get ideas when looking for something for someone special.
