It was for my dying FIL; who I needed to reorder meds for. I was spun in circles 4 times- because my phone number doesn't match his DOB; I kept asking the automated system for to leave message, and to speak with a live person- just kept spinning me. So, I hung up and tried again, same result. So, I hung up and hit provider instead. Wow! The pharmacist could NOT have been anymore rude. I explained the situation three times to her. Told her I even had my own personal issue the other day- and finally got a live person- and the person I spoke with the other day was so apoligetic and agreed their system is terrible. However, this pharmacist today has zero empathy and so hyper focused on the fact that I chose provider as my option. She clearly had no patience or desire to deal with a customer today. I was going to ask her to assist me in setting up the proper phone number so we didn't keep running into this issue; and so I didn't have to hit one as if I was a provider. However, her rudeness just continue "Don't do it again" She had Zero compassion for the fact I was trying to get meds via HOSPICE FOR MY DYING FIL. Avoid CVS Marsfhfield at all costs. CVS should be ashamed they hire people like this. My husband stopped even calling CVS because of the automated system and now instead just goes directly there to check on and pick his dads meds order. It's rather disturbing that we can't even call the pharmacy to check on meds before heading there. Each time he has gone they've messed up the order- and each time he's had to wait for them to correct it.

Maybe we arrived on an off day, but they seemed to be a bit bare in many of the isles, but hey could mean they pretty busy. Either way a lot of the isles were pretty random, customers probably threw stuff in random places, and they didn't have a chance to stock it back in proper areas. Older store, def needs a thorough cleaning compared to the targets closer to home. Hopefully they'll get it together next time we in town!

The shelves were not well stocked and many aisles were empty when we visited. It was cool seeing stuff from the Miffy x Starbucks collab here though! I've never seen them in person before and they seemed to have a good inventory of it. Starbucks area has lots of inventory, which is super rare to see at least for me. It was like pulling teeth to get them to help me retrieve proof of both prior doses, despite my vaccination card indicating my vaccination series is complete. They could have at least told me how to access my records instead of walking away. When I reminded them customers come first, one responded in a snotty way, "do they?" And "I am not dealing with this" in front of everyone. After I walked out and finally got another clinic to help me get what I need, needless to say I am not going back to this pharmacy. Management was apologetic and agreed the situation could have been handled better.
