This review is only for the staff at the Pewaukee store, they are always helpful and sweet when I come in. I have had many problems with the extra care bucks working and they go above and beyond to help me get things working. The pharmacy here appears to operate at the convenience of the employees rather than the customer. The drive-thru is closed for no apparent reason, they close for a lunch break (who closes a business for a lunch break?) and customers (many who are older are left to walk into the building al the way to the back corner of this huge building and shuffle around in the aisles while they wait. Whoever is in charge of this location needs some remedial training in customer service. read more

I was in line at the drive through and waited 10 minutes for the car ahead of me to finish. Then I pulled forward and waited 10 minutes before I rang the bell. There were at least 4 techs and the pharmacists and no one at the counter inside. No one looked at me after the buzzer rang. I waited 10 more minutes and rang again. This time, someone picked up and said they were having trouble with insurance and printing labels and told me to come in so they could keep the line moving. I asked how it would be faster for me to come in if they were having issues and she said so they could help the person in the car behind me. I asked why they couldn't help me and they said there were issues with my insurance. Mind you- no one had even taken my name, asked about my prescription or spoken to me prior to this. I pointed this out and she asked "you're not Kelly?" No- not Kelly- she was the person in the car ahead of me that had left over 20 minutes before. The tech didn't apologize and it took another 10 minutes to process my prescription Pick up. So overall, about 40 minutes in the drive through, they made a HUGE error and no one ever apologized. read more

I like it here. I understand there might be somebody that's crabby working but they can't fix the size of the pills. It's not their fault that the drug companies change things with the pills. So it's gotten to the point I need to speak up. I received an RX from this location... the pills were 1/4 of the size they usually are. I've been on this med for 30 years and have never seen this. I questioned the pharmacy and got short, rude answers to my questions. This is not the first time this has occurred, so now it's multiple employees. I can only assume this is the norm for their customer service. Previously they had the inability to sync my prescriptions and it took a year to figure that out. I would go elsewhere but my insurance is linked to CVS and it is considerably more expensive. All I'm looking for is human decency and not to deal with condescending Pharmacists. This pharmacy is a disaster. The pharmacist doesn't know the first thing about part B Medicare or CMS rules. She tried to tell me there is a "donut hole" for part B. There is no such thing. She tried to tell me that parts B and D are combined. Wrong again. She insisted I give her my Medicare number over the phone - when all my pharmacy coverage (both B and D) is covered by an advantage plan. Then she got nasty when I refused to provide that. She is rude and argumentative as well as ignorant. A complaint to CMS might be just what is needed. They look unkindly upon Medicare fraud. I will not do business with this place again. I only started using it because it offered a drive through, unlike the much better pharmacy directly across the street. Take your business anywhere else - your life may depend on it. read more

I love this pharmacy. Nicole and Bree are great. Very pleasant and caring. I went in after my father-in-law got out of the hospital. We got there at 8:30 pm and they closed at 9. They filled all three prescriptions and even helped with coupons. Always help me with prescription information too. read more

Most of the staff at the pharmacy are really friendly and helpful, and don't blame them if your insurance messed up the pricing of your medications. Also, do not blame them if your insurance only covers generics versus brand name medications. If you are a patient, you need to be informed about your health insurance and what it covers, since that is not the pharmacy's responsibility. Just understand that CVS is a leader in pharmacy, and therefore, the stores are generally busy. They provide fast service for the amount of work they have to do. Do not expect your medication to be ready in a minute because there are multiple steps that have to be done in order for the pharmacy to provide you the correct and safe medication. If a pharmacy fills your medication too fast, there is a higher chance that a mistake has been made. This store makes sure that your are getting the correct medications. People need to know that pharmacists have gone through a doctorate program, so treat them with respect. Thomas, the pharmacist, is a hardworking individual, and will do his best to make sure you are treated well. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR COVID TESTING HERE.They are offering the Quest Labs self administered test=you swab your own nose, drive-thru. Results are told to be 2-4 days but it is day 5 and I have no results. Pharmacists and store managers for 2 days not helpful at all, not advocating to Quest for patients. Only get an an Abbott Labs quick test, usually hospitals, like Aurora Oconomowoc where you will get an answer in 10-30 minutes. I hope to god The state is not paying them for this terrible disservice. They should NOT be in the business of lab tests period on the basis of this. read more

I have been a longtime CVS customer at a different location - this pharmacy is a nightmare. Incredibly rude and unhelpful pharmacists. I finally took my issue to Walgreens down the street, and they were more than willing to work with my insurance company and doctor to resolve the problem the SAME DAY. I don't know why this wasn't possible at CVS, but they just weren't willing to try. The CVS pharmacist curtly told me on the phone "I don't have time to help you with this." Ok then. Glad there are other options nearby that understand and value customer service! read more

I only make a point to come here to fill my prescriptions and I take advantage of shopping while waiting. They have some pretty good sales with their rewards card and a good variety of items a drug store would carry. Liquor department is pretty big. The associates know me by name and we catch up on each other's lives. Always very clean. read more

Worst CVS and customer service. I went to buy a blood pressure monitor and on their (cvs) app I found a 600 series for 46 dollars and in store it was 65 dollars. They would not match their own price. Beware of this CVS. I will not do business there again. read more

Would give negative stars if possible. Incredibly rude pharmacy staff. Prescriptions take excessively long time to fill (6 hours for a pain killer for a child just released from day surgery???). Prescriptions not ready when promised or completely filled if multiple items being filled at once. Would not come here if insurer allowed Prescriptions to be filled anywhere else - so bad I try to do my refills whenever I'm traveling out of town just to avoid the unnecessary drama. The only positive thing I have to say about this location is they appear to have gotten rid of all the non -English speaking pharmacy techs finally. read more

Erielle-I am so very sorry but I respectfully disagree with your rating in many areas. I have been a client of CVS for one year now due to insurance change. In that time, I have frequented the pharmacy 5 times, 2 of the times I had major med errors. One was with Cardizem which controls A-fib. The other was, in my bag of prescriptions was also a bottle of Clonazepam! MAJOR med error-if I were not a nurse and not aware of the severity of this narcotic, a horrible crisis might have occurred. At any of the visits did the pharmacist open the bag of prescriptions, review the bottles nor ask if I had any questions. ERROR, ERROR, ERROR AND ERROR again. They do not engage, they act swiftly and make mistakes. I will not be going back to this location. Also, unfortunately, the pharmacist IS the manager of the pharmacy also, so if one has a problem with the pharmacy, that is a problem. read more
