Understaffed and awful. I did not think there was a CVS worse than the one in Farmington. I was wrong. The vaccination area is not isolated from the general pharmacy traffic. People are on top of each other. Disorganized. No confidence in this place at all. read more

So I just want to give a little credit where credit is due to this CVS. A few months ago they were very understaffed and very slow and things just weren't the right way to the point where I almost changed my pharmacy and my go-to store. But I don't let things go that easy and I have to say I'm happy I stuck with it because Within the last few months this store has turned itself around and has become very reliable for example I had surgery the other day and within a few minutes my medication was ready also when my son was at the walk-in his medication was ready as soon as we were leaving the door of the walk-in. I was very impressed by the CVS Pharmacy. The store itself is very clean and has a lot of stuff stocked in it especially for last minute Christmas gift and sweets and for everything else we go to CVS for. The staff is very nice and friendly the lines are not as long as it used to be at all I especially like the self checkout option. So all in all I just wanted to give a shout out to the CVS for getting things back to normal. read more

This is a horrible CVS never been to one any woes, the staff is extremely rude and friendly or welcoming, we've been here several times and they couldn't pull up me or my two daughters name on there system I made appointments for both of my daughters to get vaccinated so they didn't keep getting sick and they were trying to make me fill out paper work for a second time because they couldn't see it on there system then I did and i forgot one of my daughters insurance card but i had the other and I asked if they could cover both of my daughters because they both had the same insurance and they said no which I understood but then they said I had to pay for both of the kids because I forgot one insurance card and not taking my other daughters, then I got upset and said can't you just take the one I have, then they raised there voice and told me to leave and there not going to vaccinate any of my children never go here read more

Andy in the pharmacy is as slow and incompetent as pharmacists come. He COULD compensate for it with a decent personality and friendly attitude but has unfortunately chosen otherwise. read more

Very clean CVS but the lines are very long. Every time I'm in there is only one register open. I don't really shop CVS sales because I feel many of the items on sale here at this particular store are near their expiration date. Don't get your passport picture here, the kid at the registers is the one who snaps your picture for you. The pharmacy is well stocked! I never had issues getting my refills. The wait can be awhile. read more

I'm not sure what's going on with this CVS, but when a doctor calls in a prescription earlier in the day or even in the afternoon, you kind of expect to get it the same day unless they tell you they have to order it, in which case I have the choice of going to another CVS. They filled half of my script and never said anything about the second script. "Oh, yeah, tomorrow is fine when the problem gets even worse." And then they put it "in process" so that another CVS can not fill it. They then call the original CVS. The whole thing could have been avoided if they could just communicate. Them the same thing happened. And when I asked how long it would take to fill it, The tech said there wasn't anything like that ready. (She didn't look ahead to be able to tell me it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. Second time this has happened.) She was wrong, of course. So now, thank God for Bristol CVS. They have helped me twice with script issues with this one. Hope they get their ducks in a row soon. Maybe I'll just have to start having everything sent to Bristol CVS instead. read more

This pharmacy of trained professionals seems to ALWAYS get my families prescriptions wrong. We have talked to the the pharmacist multiple times over years and they still do not put in the proper information or just don't care. This is medicine not mcdonalds. read more

This is the worst place to get prescriptions. The staff is rude and the wait is long. They constantly have to "redo" prescriptions if you have a coupon and don't answer any questions you may have. I work in customer service and am appalled at the attitudes here. I am easy to get along with but this place tests my patience. I will be calling the manager about his staff. He should know that he is losing customers. I am going across the street to Walgreens. read more

Not that bad of a store it`s just there`s almost nobody that works there but the cashout clerk and pharmacists. So if you`re looking for a product and there`s a line at both the front and pharmacy that`s a very tight scenario. Other than that the store is neat and the staff isn`t that bad. read more

Even though they were very busy due to the holidays, they were very helpful with me. I could not find my insurance card and they went the extra mile to find the info on the computer. They were also patient with me when my doctors office sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy. read more

Recently transferred scripts here because it was conveniently located on route home and Bristol store was always busy. This store is not anywhere as busy but service is horrible...they lost a script of mine and no apology or how can I help you sir..They did offer to call DR as all pharmacies will but no ownership of responsibility. Customer service really lacking!!!! read more
