She's upset about a $1 is what she shouted out to the other customers in the store. I didn't want to shop there anymore and wanted a refund bc of the way the situation was addressed. Regardless of the amount it's the point. The manager AZ didn't know how to properly handle the refund and laughed at me when I told him about being disrespected by the staff. He said there's nothing he can do about that. I was told to call 1-800 Walgreens so I did & I was offered a $25 credit as a reconciliation. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere. This type of disrespect sickens my heart! There is no amount of money that can fix being called a B numerous times in your store. All bc I wanted a refund which I'm entitled to if I'm not happy with your customer service.

I didn't have a customer care membership so she advised me to get one and began assisting me. There was some difficulty in getting my number in so she called the manager who was incredibly helpful. Since they took a little longer they accommodated by giving me the discount on the wine. Even though I didn't get a customer care membership due to the issues with the system, I really appreciate their professionalism and their willingness to help me. They both had wonderful attitudes and were very pleasant. Now it may not seem like much but it's their attitude and their willingness to go above and beyond to help me is what impressed me. Keep up the good work.

Every time I go to this Walgreens though, none of the managers on duty are familiar with the process and have the nerve to treat me rudely just for coming in and using a service they offer. She seemed simply bothered by me asking a question and trying to get my prescription resolved. She said I was over talking her and then said we both can't talk at the same time.l with a smug look on her face. She didn't give me a chance to finish. I at that point just asked when another pharmacist would be in and she said tomorrow morning and I said I will come back and speak to someone else. As I was leaving she yelled out Do you want me to hold this other prescription or not. I simply kept walking. Social skills I guess is something she perhaps didn't learn in her formative years. The pharmacy itself, and the employees, is a good organization…read more ....But... If you leave the state, it is a fairly lengthy process to access your prescription records (30 days minimum). You also can't go on vacation, in another state, and pick up your prescriptions in a different state. Other pharmacies, like Walgreens, allow you to pick up your prescriptions in other states. You can also get copies of your pharmacy records in other states.........THIS IS NOT THE CASE FOR WALMART PHARMACY......BEWARE!!!

Convenience is literally the entire point. So imagine my surprise, walking into CVS find one of the two self checkout, kiosks, broken, align 6 to 7 people deep, and the clerk sitting behind the counter eating chips while everyone waited to ring themselves up. Occasionally, she'd wander over with her Chito dusted fingers to waive her badge at the kiosk when someone got stuck, then head right back towards our snack break instead of actually helping customers. By the time, I finally checked out, I understood exactly why people just shop online now. Convenience only works when the store actually values your time.

Generally, using their automated systems and having prescriptions renewed automatically, thing work…read moreout ok. BUT, when they run out of a prescription, CVS crashes and burns. You may go there and expect to pick up a prescription and they will tell you..we are out of that one. That's it. "It may be on the truck tomorrow afternoon." They have no way to let you know in advance. They have no store inventory program to check and see if it is available in another store. They may call for you to try and find it. If available, it is up to you to go there to get it. When they say they deliver...that means USPS...the post office..not a delivery service like UBER.
