How can a drug store be so bad? I have been going to this location for the last 4 years. Every time I go, I ask myself why? Why do I spend money at such a poorly run store. Why do I keep letting people be unnecessarily be rude to me and others? Why is it so hard to greet a customer and say hello? Or even just a smile vs. a glare. I am talking about the CVS pharmacy. Even the pharmacist glares and looks angry. Please people get a new job if you are unhappy and cannot carry out the responsibilities of your job. read more

Pharmacy is completely UNDERSTAFFED. Prescriptions sent in from 2 different doctor's offices (both fax AND voicemail) claim to have never been received. A refill I did through the CVS app along with an email confirmation saying that my order was being processed, also was claimed to never have been received (despite the written proof). Their "system" is NOT working and they refuse to address it. There is also not a sign posted to say when the pharmacy is closed for lunch, so it's always hit-or-miss! How hard would it be to hang a piece of paper in the drive-thu window? Today, I was told that 2 people called in sick and they were too busy to check the VM & faxes (escript). When I asked to speak to the store manager (who apparently leaves at 3:30pm), the response was, "Ha, you think the manager is going to fill your prescription?" Beyond unprofessional and yet fault goes to management for allowing this circus to continue. read more

Came here to buy a few items wife needed. Very large selection of items in this store. Great team at registers. Went to men's restroom and was totally disappointed. It needed a lot of attention. read more

I typically don't go to this location because I have one across from my work that seems less in price and better quality even though it's Downtown. I can't to this location because it's by my home and I was sick so needed supplies. I went to get some juice boxes and I picked up a box and it was rotten smelling and leaking everywhere. I thought it was one but I grabbed another further back to notice the smell was horrid and the juice was old. We are in July and the expiration date was May so that's really old. I decided to pick up another bottle of juice and it was expired as well. I went to ask for a manager but the guy at the store said there was no need and he would take care of it. I asked if he wanted to go look and he said no but he never even looked or cared. Why would you charge so much, be in the posh part of town and not immediately call someone to take care of it?! I want to first say this review is about the store not the pharmacy. As I walk up to checkout, there are two associates eating a bag of Limon Lays chatting while a line of customers is not helped. I walk to self check out. I scan my purchases with the assistance of an associate. As it totals, I say 7 of the products should be 30% off - there are signs on the display. I admit that is why I wanted to try them. She asks the manager. He tells her the sale starts tomorrow. I reply- yes, but it is 4pm and the signs are there now. He says too bad, it starts tomorrow. I cancel my entire purchase and leave. I find this very deceptive. The flippant attitude of the manager was not okay. read more

This review is NOT for the pharmacy. The clerks at the front registers are not trained to deal with the public. I've had numerous problems trying to check out here. The clerks seem to be miserable, unable to speak English, under staffed, unfriendly, lazy and/or clueless. Khan, the "Shift Supervisor " is particularly cold and gives off the vibe of "he's doing us all a favor by being there and he hates that we're there." read more

Constantly understaffed pharmacy - long wait times and they yell out your name with your prescription. So much for patient privacy

This is a review of the pharmacy and specifically the COVID-19 booster vaccines we have received at this location. The reason for this 5-star rating? Dr. Afoluke Latinwo! She rocks at all levels! She administered both the first and second boosters to me and my husband. Each time we hardly felt it and she was very friendly and helpful each time that put us both at ease (which is good when you're getting poked!). It felt like she took her time with us, not rushing through the process even though I can see they were quite busy with the drive up customers and phone calls when we were there. She happily gave us new vaccine cards as the old ones were completely filled. It looked like she dropped what she was doing so that we didn't have to wait. The pharmacy itself had a clean and orderly set up with dedicated space to give these vaccinations. It was easy to make an appointment online and to check in. I highly recommend this location. There's of course no way to request Dr. Afoluke, so count your lucky stars if you get her! read more

This is my first Yelp review. I went to this cvs to develop pictures. There were only two guys running this busy store. Half the time people were waiting to be checked out that didn't want to use self check out. They gave up and used self check out. The two guys were in the back, and when they did come out, they were on their phones. They weren't wearing a cvs uniform. They didn't appear to care about the way they presented themselves by their behavior and by their appearance. I won't go back to this location (only emergencies). These guys didn't greet people like typical cvs employees do. For the first 15 mins, there was not a single employee to help me. I searched the entire store. That is what bothered me the most. The manager should hire staff that want and need work during this Pandemic. I'll continue to go to the cvs at Preston and Tennyson. read more

CVS prices are unbelievably high. I checked a couple of items that I was looking for and they were a good 30% higher then Walmart on the same product. Not a fan of Walmart but with that much of a price difference I will only go to CVS in an emergency. read more

Visit this location because it is within walking distance. Today every customer in the store had a mask on. I was extremely unhappy to see that the young clerk was not wearing gloves or a mask. Made this visit a bit uneasy. I will probably try another location at the present time. read more
