So basically while I was waiting an extra 10 minutes (after I already waited 20 min) my ham and cheese croissant was cold by the time I got to eat it. Why would you warm up food for it to sit 20-30 min before you get a customers drink out? On top of that, there were probably at least 10 workers behind the counter and all the girls back there wanted to talk and gossip and lean on the counter instead of doing the job they are paid to do. Doesn't look good when customers are waiting around. Starbucks coffee sucks but at least they get you your order in a timely manner. Management needs to have better training for their lacking employees.
