I have been here a handful of times now to pick up medication, visit the clinic and to just go and see what new items they have and I enjoy myself for the most part, each time I am here. The staff is friendly and very easy to find, they are always cleaning or stocking something! The location is very easy to walk around and everything is nicely labeled so I never feel like I am hunting for something on a shelf. I also like I can find a staff member for any questions, pretty easily! Pricing for some items do seem to be on the higher end, one of my favorite protein drinks is a few dollars more at this location then it is at other stores in the area that also sell it. The clinic and pharmacy are pretty great as well but the clinic does seem to always run behind appointment times when I am here, so I usually end up waiting a bit before I can be seen. The pharmacy also is the same ever since they started the new touch screen medication pick up. It seems to be very confusing for many people so I usually have to wait around a bit because they only have two screens to use at this location. read more

A nice enough CVS down the road from where I live. I've come now a few times for the pharmacy, clinic or to just buy some stuff and each time I'm here it's usually a good experience! I will say there has been more times than not, that the shelves or drink containers aren't stocked so it diminishes the amount of things for me to look out and see if there's anything new to buy. (a blessing and curse lol!) The staff is very nice and have shown me where items are if I am having difficulty, but only if they aren't busy. The girls that I have seen with my husband during the clinic trips are so friendly and get everything done in a crazy quick amount of time! Prices here are decent but when I was looking at valentines day gifts a little bit ago, the prices were much higher then local areas around here so I decided to skip out buying some stuff while I was here. Overall a good CVS but not one that I would go out of the way to shop at! read more

Interesting that this CVS is directly across from walgreens although that parking lot is horrible so taday chose CVS and got fuel at the Mobil next to it. The grounds were clean and had posted CVS Parking Only spaces with little placards saying, "Dont be a Litterbug". The inside had that dark gray carpet throughout and low shelving for easy viewing of the merch. Pharmacy was in the back and picked up an item for the wife. Checkout was simple and typed in my phone number for CVS Rewards and got the discounted price. read more

The store is conveniently located in the area. However, there's a huge pothole in the parking lot, which I wish they'd fix because it's dangerous. I purchased earrings from here that are labeled as sterling silver yet they caused some type of infection in a new piercing which should not occur with real silver. If you have a sensitivity, beware of purchasing these I AM products. I wanted to purchase a pillow for Valentine's Day, however, it look stepped on with a footprint. It was the last one so that was frustrating. They were also out of stock of the feminine hygiene products I purchase. Self checkout is easy and the staff is helpful. I needed help looking for makeup brushes and the employee directed me. Last time I tried to purchase a Bogo item and they only had one in stock. I'm sure I could have gotten a rain check but I didn't want to have to come back another day so I purchased a different brand. If you need something and you're in a pinch you can try this location but the inventory is lacking. read more

I've been on anxiety medication for over six years and have always had a positive relationship with my doctors and pharmacies. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this pharmacy was nothing short of horrific. I had one refill left on my prescription, which they claimed had expired on Friday after my doctor's office had already closed. I explained that I had a emergency dentist appointment scheduled for Saturday and needed my medication to get through the weekend. Despite this, the pharmacist refused to fill my prescription, implying that I was just drug-seeking, and they completely ignored my pleas for help. I went the entire weekend without medication, suffering through withdrawal symptoms that could have escalated into something dangerous, like a seizure. When I begged for an emergency fill, they just shrugged it off, telling me that if my doctor really wanted me to have the medication, they would've made sure I had a refill. I've been on this medication for over 6 years and never experienced such a lack of understanding and compassion from a pharmacy. I understand they have rules, but there should be flexibility and empathy when someone is in genuine need of their medication. I felt dismissed and unsupported, which only added to my anxiety. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, especially if you have a medical condition that requires ongoing medication. What the pharmacist's could have done, since they was concerned about abuse, was given me enough of the medication to get through the weekend, then on Monday contacted my doctor to confirm the dosage and given me the rest after that. I asked if they could please do that; they wouldn't. Instead, they stranded me without medication entirely. What the pharmacist did was the opposite of ethical. read more

I had a good experience at this CVS, I went to check out some grooming items and they had what I needed. The regular prices are high, but if you clip the digital coupons on the CVS app and use your weekly "percent off" coupon, the total purchase is not bad compared to a discount store. I always tell people, do your homework, spend a few minutes going through the APP and see if you can find relevant coupons that could be applied to your purchase, you can easily some big bucks that way. Never had a bad experience. My wife and I have been customers for a great number of years. The other day Daniel in pharmacy called to advise that a particular drug was not in stock and would order it in and have it within 36 hours. Daniel was extremely pleasant and mild mannered when he explained my high cost of this medication. I told him I was aware of my copay and not to be concerned. I have dealt with Daniel before and he always was as pleasant, caring and understanding as a person can be. Daniel always makes me feel as if I was dealing with an old time pharmacist where you were always treated as family. I would also like to extend kudos to Martha at the other end of the store who is equally pleasant and helpful. Both Daniel and Martha are true assets to your organization. i was trying to get medicine for a cough and had a coupon that was never used so i gave it to them and they said that it won't work since my account had another set of coupons and i put it on, they had told me to get more things to make the unused coupon so i did and now their saying that the coupon didn't work and was already used. I don't usually shop here only because it's on the wrong side of the street. I do come pick up Covid test as my insurance covers that I can say it should be an easy thing to do but it's not. When I arrive, my tests are ready to be picked up. I can see them in a bag Behind the counter. What I can't see is anyone behind the counter to get the bag for me I don't know why I have to go walking around the store looking for someone it's kind of crazy to think you could literally walk in grab whatever you want and walk out because there is nobody there. They do have one self service check out however, that does no good when you are picking up something from behind the counter, that does not need to be paid for it just needs to be handed to me. Maybe hire another employee? The cashier shouldn't be stocking the shelves leaving nobody in the front of the store. I'd rather just be able to pick them up in the pharmacy since someone is working back there. Parking is not a problem the store is usually quiet and not very busy. I'm not going to say Walgreens across the street is a better store but they do have cashiers to check you out. read more

Only been here for the MinuteClinic. Doctors are nice, however, if I make an appointment, the time of the appointment should be honored. My appointment was at 5:30 pm. I wasn't seen until 6 pm. Some guy walked in 20 minute after me and was seen first (mind you, it's past 5:30 now). If someone walks in after me, they shouldn't be seen first since they were late. There's no reason why I should be waiting 30+minutes after my original appointment time to be seen. read more

We visit this location today to print some picture for a charity golf tournament and received the worst customer service ever at a CVS. We use them for all our photo needs and are always received with warmth & courtesy until today. I simple asked the the clerk, Jorge if he could hand me the pics that just printed out of the machine and he just looked at me like i had 10 heads. I politely repeat myself, thinking there was a language barrier and he just rolled his eyes and said "Lady!" I was appalled. I said excuse me? Did you just say lady? He says "yah, that's what you are, right?" I said that was said in a derogatory manner which i don't appreciate. I'm not sure who peed in his Wheaties this morning but his attitude was completely uncalled for. I sent someone to pick up my medicine and the lady was not able to find my prescription yet when I check my messages and online all indicate that it's ready for pick up at this location. This is the SLOWEST store I have ever been to. I just waited 25 min behind 3 cars and then the pharmacy tech tells me I have a $450 copay! I said are you not using my insurance that I've had for years here? She said "I'll try running it again" insurance goes through and she tells me "it will be 10 min because the pharmacist has to print a new label and she's giving a vaccine". I'm an RN and I can easily give 5 vaccines in 10 min. And the lady/tech apparently has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. This CVS SUCKS! I'd give 0 stars if possible. read more

For the record, the following review does not involve the Pharmacy in any way, shape or form. This is a store review. My wife had purchased an item from this store and was treated "rudely" by the man behind the counter. According to my wife, the employee was curt with her and dismissive. To add insult to injury, when I called the store after we left, I asked to speak to a manager. The man, who was most likely the aforementioned employee, refused to spell his name or even provide a complete name unless I told him what I was calling about. I ended the call at this point. Make no mistake. If this "gentleman" worked for me, he would be out the door so quickly his head would spin. Are CVS investors aware of this type of boorish behavior by a store employee? I emailed my broker to find out if, indeed, I have shares in CVS. If so, I will certainly divest at this point. If this egregious behavior by CVS employees is widespread, they will likely be sharing empty space with Sears anyway. Amazon will be most pleased to pick up the slack. read more

This is the last time I visit this location. I have never had any issues with the pharmacy or the minute clinic but the store itself has the worst customer service. They never have anyone at the front counter helping. Ever! You are forced to use self checkout and God forbid that stops working or you want to cancel your transaction. I just left the store after waiting 30 minutes for someone to help me at the self checkout. They had one person working there who seems to be the manager and he said he was working in the back and that's why he couldn't help me. So who is attending the customers then?. I explained that I had been pressing the help button which talks and has flashing lights on the self checkout many times already and he pulls out a button (which was hidden behind a sign and a bunch of clutter) from the register that that looked like one of those Staples Red buttons and said I could have pressed that. I have seen this issue with no employees both day and night. Hire more employees please. read more

There is always a line at the register and pharmacy no matter what time of day, but the employees work fast and are very friendly so it is not that big of a deal. It's a small CVS with a disappointingly small cosmetics section but they are always clean, organized and well stocked. They are so small that they don't have the space to get all the latest and newest make up, which sucks. The pharmacy always has my medicine in time and if they won't have it on time they let you know ahead of time. I strongly advise you to get an extra bucks rewards club. You get tons of coupons and get extra bucks to spend. I also recommend the CVS app to manage and refill your prescriptions. read more

I live out of state. Every month for the past several years, I have gone to CVS (as required by my employer-provided insurance plan!) in Washington DC to fill my prescription for a controlled Rx. On two occasions this year, I have been in Plantation visiting my parents, and I've had to fill my prescriptions locally after receiving them from my primary doctor in the mail. This is the nearest CVS (and the one I would frequent regularly growing up..I remember when it was Eckerd...). On both occasions, the head pharmacist AND the techs/support staff have had a demeanor that is not only unhelpful, but borderline hostile. It would appear as though they'd prefer to work in law enforcement. To be clear, on both occasions they've interacted with me as if I'm being deviant by asking to have my prescriptions filled. Despite providing my out-of-state ID, insurance card, CVS prescription card, out-of-state employee ID, and the clear history of being a monthly CVS Rx customer, they act like they're role playing US Customs at the MIA airport and like my last name is Escobar - staring at my IDs and consulting with each other as if they're holographic Da Vinci Codes. While I understand that Florida is a pill mill, script shopping state with an opioid crisis and an over-prescription problem largely of the health care industry's own making, this pharmacy in particular should perhaps reorient themselves to focus on legal COMPLIANCE, as opposed to coming off as some wannabe law enforcement detectives. Pharmacists need to *comply* with the law - not take liberties with interpreting it or lecturing customers about it. It's hard for any one person to be a detective and a pharmacist at the same time...If pharmacists feel like there's something odd going on, take some substantive action... you can always forward customer information to FDLE or whatever hotline AG Bondi has/hasn't set up. Otherwise, please continue on with the work of filling valid prescriptions in a manner that is consistent with Florida law. Fortunately, there is another pharmacy extremely close by that was able to fill my prescriptions this time, and without making me feel in the wrong for merely existing out of state or like I was asking for favors. read more

My Name is Max MOGHADDAM , I am living in Plantation acre . Customer of CVS (before was another group name) Since 1998 . I was out of town for two month yesterday I went to drive through to drop the refill medication. I got a lady on the no open window. She opened the carry in box just for a second and close it again. She tried to speak through the phone but with very little voice . I asked her to take my empty medication containers but she did refuse saying they can't take back the medication I repeated that was empty refill container but she continue to repeat the same stupid history. She start to ask my name I swear the God I did repeated 10 times . I told her I am missing my blood pressure medication I needed but like she was doing on purpose . I hated that after more than 20 years loyalties I got stupide services . Then I asked to talk with manager to report my claim. Sure the manager knew me and started to excuse about that new employee lady. But it didn't help because I got stressed a lot by somebody I can't recognize , I can't see my only crime was being their customer that's all. I was looking to sue the pharmacie because missed important medications and on top of that got stressed and frustrated by somebody without no reason. Fortunately I could get some temporary medications in Walgreens . Despite I know the pharmacie manager , he is very good man , I warn you all to avoid that pharmacie . read more

He is always at the front of the store but doesn't want to be bothered with helping customers or providing customer service. Sends you right to the self checkout. I asked for a price check and got a rude response from him. Corporate should investigate why this location has such hot reviews. read more

This is the most unorganized cvs pharmacy I've ever experienced. It doesn't matter the time of day or whether it's drive-thru or at the counter. There are ALWAYS 5-6 people behind the counter and it still takes forever to pick up a prescription. None of the staff has any sense of urgency. read more

Used home delivery for the first time. Do to an injury I'm unable to drive. Delivery was on time and driver was professional. I'd go into store often as well as call, everyone has always been helpful. The service at times feels like what you'd get from a local pharmacy, not a chain. Why didn't I give 5 stars? Horrendous. Pharmacy sounds like they have marbles in their mouths on the phone (if they eventually answer). It's a long wait to get a hold of someone at the pharmacy on the phone. And usually when someone does pick up they put you back on hold. The technicians and pharmacist are rude and poorly trained. The store is very clean. Service is great depending on what time of day you go. It can be busy but even then they try to great each and ever person. Their is a guy named Danial. He's super nice and always greats everyone warmly. I've seen some mean people tear into him because of wait times and he maintains his cool and gets things done. If you are in a rush, stop for a second and relieve that people can only go so fast. You do want the right script and the right dosage. Don't rush the pharmacist. Great selection of chocolates. After holidays the holiday stuff is 50% off so a great time to get seasonal items for the following year. read more

I am a beginner in couponing. I have been coming to this store for a couple months now. After today though, I've had it with this store. Gayle was so rude to me during check out. I wanted to do a couple separate transactions to use the Extracare bucks on my next purchase. She got upset and called another cashier telling him "I needs your help he's doing 100 transactions". She was so rude during the whole. While I was trying to check and make sure my coupons went through correct, she was rushing me and getting me flustered. A few days ago I received a $20 gift card for CVS and normally I don't shop here at all because of previous experiences, but I figured it's been a while and I have this gift card, so why not. I get to the register to pay with my gift card and the cashier (Nickson) tells me that the card is not active. I in turn tell him that it is and that I called to verify before going to the store. He tells me that there is nothing that he can do. I step aside and call again and again I am told that there are $20 on the card. I wait the line again and ask him to try it again and again he says that there is no money in it. Meanwhile, both times there are people in line waiting and he is being rude and condescending with his remarks. I ask for a manager and he says that there isn't one in the store, so I ask him if he's alone and he says that he's the supervisor that evening and that someone under him is staffed with him. I tell him that I really need him to please help me figure this out and again with the stupid little comments. I finally tell him to remove one of the items (my daughter's toy, to which in turn she has a meltdown because of, but we won't get into that) and low and behold, the charge goes through fine and now I'm stuck with $3.90 to either use again at CVS or just lose. At this point, I don't ever see me walking into this CVS or any for that matter, because they obviously don't train their employees well and they also don't hire people with manners. read more

Don't go walk in clinic !!!! if so call doctor "Seyed Sadeghi' is there he so miserable, rude and not helpful. He kept taking people in the room when they didn't have appointment. Walk in clinic which you have have appointment you can't walk in which I was advise and spoke to nurse it was okay to do. The So call doctor got rude with people who had appointment which she been sitting for hour and half. Customer got upset and told him stop talking to other people they don't have an appointment. When it was my time he told me he couldn't see me because people had appointments which NO ONE was in the waiting room at all. I sat there for hour wasting my time. He respond he had paperwork to do. The clinic doesn't close for another two hours. Horrible nurse practitioner. He needs to retired clearly he doesn't like his job and it's toooooo much for him.
