The doctor was amazing but will never user that office again because of the receptionist. All started when we arrived 30 minutes early because i wrote the time of the appointment wrong. She was extremely rude about, acting like it was such a inconvenience to her. While i was answering her questions while she was writing in the computer, my 1 year old said fork. And 5 year old started to repeat and say look he said fork and repeated a few time between themselves. She looks a me angrily and tell me " they cant say that here! You need to stop them!" Which caught me off guard. A little bit after that my kids were playing and talking between themselves and i was still answering her questions and she looks at me and says i have to quiet them down because the doctor is trying to work. I do agree that a 1 and 5 year old do speak a little loud, she should have given me the opportunity to finish with her and them redirect and help my kids quiet down. As we were finishing with the questions she was asking I asked about the wi fii password so my daughter could play a game and be quiet as she had asked me to do. She said it quickly and under her breath as if she didn't want to be dealing with me. So I couldn't get the password to work and my daughter wanted to do the game and i was taking care of my 1 year old so i asked my daughter to go and ask her for the password for me. I thought " who can be rude to a cute 5 year old asking the polite to do something so small?" Well this lady can. She angrily told my daughter to ask her mother to do it! My daughters face was surprised, scared and sad. A older lady who was waiting felt bad and when the doctor came to the reception asked him for the password for my daughter. It was a horrible experience because of this receptionist!

But the main reason for my 5 stars is their maple candy. Made with with their own maple sugar it's some of the best I've ever tasted (and I always get maple candy in VT, ME, anywhere I find it).
