I then went and tried verifying them on Puffbar.com & was notified that these are the "OLD STYLE" verification codes and was prompted to enter the anti-counterfeit numbers, upon entering them I was given the message they were counterfeit. Hopefully they take this stocked item and all the others out ASAP and investigate the who, what, when & where behind the internal ordering of these & the vendor. These are not just old items, they're counterfeit items that could cause short or even long term health complications. Not what I expected out of local small businesses and frankly, kind of scary as far as my health goes. I attached photos to verify this as a counterfeit - check for yourself.

While shopping apparently a lady who seemed to be in charge was busy talking phone calls (behind the counter), glanced at me as if I, as a customer, was an annoyance. Still, I waited patiently. Another issue for the staff seemed to be a pending delivery at the back door. Who should be available when the delivery person arrived. Meanwhile, I stood there apparently invisible. When I was finally helped,the lady who helped me was very nice. Checkout was slow and tedious. It seemed as if actually selling items was also a chore and a bother. Today, back home I would have enjoyed buying additional items; however, I live in Florida. I called ti inquire about online purchases. Nope came the reply with the same irrigation received in person. The website is, well, shows the amount of effort these artisans apply to selling. Perhaps they like the stuff and like to label and price by hand. Like a hobby. That's it! This is a hobby not a serious place of business. I'm sure everyone there are super nice. But nice doesn't translate to building a business that has amazing potential. Imagine a catalog. The tie selection really stands out here as I was able to find some really unique ties with designs that I have never seen before. I was able to find four ties that I liked and purchased. The staff here was very helpful and was available to assist and also there when I was ready to checkout. This store was clean, organized, and well run and I had a really good shopping experience here.
