Leave the truck with service to have tires installed go start my shopping get an email 10 minutes later appointment canceled, whats up with that. Go to service counter speak with tech who proceeds to tell me my truck weighs 12000 lbs and is to heavy for the lift. They already canceled my appointment and started a refund for the install what about the tires well you have to call this 800 number to get a return ok load them in the back of my truck. Meantime I already know the truck weighs no where near 12,000 lbs that is the GVRW, the curb weight is 8206 lbs but I could tell they needed an excuse the whole crew played into the fact it was to big for their lift and proceeded to tell me the crapy equipment that walmart provides them to work with. I drive another 2hrs home and call the number for the store manager they had a big sign on the wall in the service department and get a menu for all the departments store directory. Dial zero for operator speak to person on the other end who tells me the manager is busy and cant take my call, I tell her I have a problem with automotive and need to speak with her; ok you'll have to wait a few minutes she is busy ok so hold. Dead air crickets waiting holding...after 3 minutes I hang up fuming my time is valuable too. I would not have any work on my vehicle that does not know how to look up specifications on a vehicle so I'd BEWARE! if you go their expecting to get work done to your car feeling lucky.

Sat, sat, sat, sat, waited, sat. Finally was called up to fill paperwork out (mind you I had filled out info online as well). Had a gentleman come up and interrupt the person who was giving me my paperwork after 25 minute wait, he asked for walk up vaccines and was told they would get to him in about the same time as they quoted me with an appointment. Poor customer service and very limited services. Oh - and didn't meet their quoted wait time for the delay on my appointment time. From what they were quoting walk ups - not sure they treat appointments any differently than they do walk ups.

" then my husband went back AGAIN at 3:50 pm and was told " IT STILL Wasnt READY BECAUSE HE WAS DOING FLU SHOTS" so he called me from the parking lot and I called with frustration because my daughter had been crying for hours in pain . They then proceeded to tell me that they had 6 FLU shots to do and they couldn't give me a exact time! after I said I would pick her script up and go somewhere else they then said another 20 min! This is uncalled for! Someone comes out of surgery and they need their meds right away and the Pharmacist is taking FLU shots over this! 3 times driving to the pharmacy is uncalled for ! Today my 4 year old little boy got lost in Walmart, which is probably one of the scariest things…read morethat can happen as a parent. Immediately all of the staff (I'm not exaggerating) jumped in to help find him. Staging employees at every possible exit/entry. It was clear these employees had strict training in which they carried out seamlessly. After 15-20 min they found him hiding with a toy in hand, His sneeze gave him away. Once he was found my husband overheard employees stating that he was found, which he ran over and asked where he was. It wasn't until the employee confirmed he was the father that he gave him any information of his whereabouts, we were impressed to say the least. As much as every parent can say this will never happen to them, the fact of the matter is it does and can. It's not about if and when it does happen though, it's how the people around you support you in times it does. If it wasn't already obvious, I have nothing but trust my son's safety was top priority to these employees today. I'm not generally one to write reviews like this, but getting my son back safe and sound today- this is the least I can do. This is the stuff that truly matters, as humans and employees and I'm so grateful.

From the selection of many products that are limited to the generic store brand (on which they make more money) to closing the deli, seafood and meat counters at least TWO HOURS BEFORE THE STORE CLOSES!! If all that were not enough, on a Fri. nite, they had ONE (1) register open... with 8 customers in line. Never opened another register he 15 minutes i was in line. Avoid this store if you have time to enjoy the Market Basket in Tilton.
