Not sure if they are understaffed, but that's not my fault. I have had asthma my entire life and have been to the er many times. This is my worst experience ever. When u can't breathe and they have you waiting is unacceptable. I will call the news, the government office and whoever

I'm looking for a quest cause that's where she told me I needed to go there's no quest so I drive back over here go up to the second floor after calling Allina to verify that I'm supposed to go to Suite 215 and they said yes so I go back up there. He tells me I need to go to the fourth floor so I go to the fourth floor. It's a spa so I have to go all the way back down to the second floor then he tells me finally that I need to go to the other elevators now mind you I am sick and I am in pain and they're making me go through all of this and then talking to me extremely rudely horrible customer service I walked back in and she looked at the guy sitting at the other desk and she goes. You can handle this and then got up and walk away how unprofessional. Finally, when I got to the fourth floor they were extremely nice and very helpful.

This is a nice Target but the one road in/out stresses me out, such a hassle. This store was…read moreremodeled a few years ago and overall looks nice. I can usually find whatever i'm looking for, plus all the extra stuff I end up getting. Prices are a bit higher now & now that they remove/don't put the price on items it's a bit annoying shopping here. The inconvenience of the prices not being consistent is also a thing. I try to stick to what I need only. Sometimes the most interaction I get is the mobile sales people in electronics.

WARNING: Do NOT buy Apple products online from Target (They are selling fakes)…read moreHi everyone, I wanted to send a quick warning to make sure none of you get scammed the way we just did. If you are planning on buying AirPods, iPads, or any Apple products online from Target--don't. We bought a pair of AirPods online from Target during their Black Friday sales as a Christmas gift. They had intermittent pairing issues from the start, but we finally took them to an official Apple Store this week to get them looked at. The Apple technicians dropped a bombshell: The AirPods Target sold us are completely fake. The serial numbers are fraudulent, and the charging case buttons are in the wrong spot. The Apple staff told us this is a big, ongoing problem with Target. Scammers buy real Apple products from Target, swap them out for cheap counterfeits, reseal the boxes, and return them. Instead of properly inspecting the returns, Target restocks them and ships them out to unsuspecting online customers like us. When we immediately went to Target with our receipt and the proof from Apple, their response was essentially: "Tough luck." They admitted it was a horrible situation, but refused to refund us or replace them because it has been 8 months. Target literally sold us a counterfeit product, took our money, and is now using their standard return window policy to avoid taking responsibility for their own supply chain failure. Save yourself the money and the massive headache. If you need Apple gear, buy it directly from Apple or a retailer that actually verifies what they are shipping to you.
