Walgreen's sends us a text that our prescription will be delayed. We know they have it in stock. They check before we leave the prescription! If the insurance is the problem, we ask what is the cost if we pay cash. Sometimes we call our insurance company to find out the problem. This pharmacist saw my girls long list of medications and immediately had a very insightful recommendation regarding a change he thought would reduce issues caused by all the meds. He actually contacted the DR with this recommendation who immediately agreed and switched the medications. What a difference it made. Thank you soo much for doing the DR,s job for her. Never had this level of attention or knowledge from anyone not even the DR. THEY TAKE PRIDE IN DOING A QUALITY JOB. And thay knocked it out of the park. I will never go back to chain pharmacy. The selection for gluten free items isn't huge but is a good size for this area. If you need some essentials, there are definitely worse places. There's nothing bad about this location except the lines toward the beginning of the month and people stopping in the middle of aisles but that seems to be every Walmart.
