The reason why some people are getting prescriptions is because they may be handicap or for some reason they cannot get out of the car that's the whole purpose for the drive-through. Took 2 weeks and me camping out at the counter to get the meds I need to breathe. On top of that, while I was sitting in their waiting area I discovered their carpet is home to ants, because I was wearing sandals and got bitten 4 times. Transferred all my RX to Kroger while I waited. read more

Sometimes the pharmacy staff is just nice, helpful and friendly. Other times it's just a disaster with everyone being rude and rushed. The hours are inconsistent and sometimes they close down early because of various reasons which effects people who have to wait until they are almost out of a med for insurance reasons ,or pick up a new prescription to get what is needed for their health needs. CVS has definitely declined overall and they closed their clinic here too. Shelves are often half empty. read more

I hope you guys don't mind me piggy backing off my last review because it sort of connects together!. My last last review I stated I was looking for a certain item that my wife seen on line that she wanted ( it was actually two items but she had a preference over one but said she'll take the other one if the first choice wasn't available)!. So of course I went searching for her first choice, needless to say I went to at least 5 stores before I found this particular item at this location!. I was thrilled when I spotted it so my journey from store to store payed off quite nicely!. I took off one star because there was only one cashier and I literally stood in line for more than 10 minutes, being the next customer in line it felt like 30 minutes instead but no big deal. read more

This location never fills orders that have been called in by me or by my doctors . I have to get to the pharmacy and ask them to fill it even though it should be already filled. Then I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for them to fill it. This is a terribly run pharmacy. read more

Used to be a great pharmacy but now any new prescriptions or refills take 1-2 days to fill Being in the medical profession we always used a system of hierarchy. For instance pain medications, antibiotics, steroids, diabetes, or steroid medications should take some priority. Why does it take two days to slap a label on an inhaler? Pharmacy costs have gone up, Pharmacy care has definitely gone down. read more

Perpetually understaffed, and as a result prescriptions take unacceptable amounts of time to fill. Multiple days, in most cases. When you call, you're on hold for 20 minutes and when you go there you have to wait in line for 20 minutes. They don't communicate well - prescriptions they say are filled they haven't started, and prescriptions you haven't heard anything about are done sitting on the shelf. Some prescriptions they won't even start on until you ask what's taking so long. I'd call them fraudulent but our entire private-sector provider system is a Jenga tower of fraud so that's not even notable. read more

Horrible pharmacy. Drive through has remained closed for weeks and weeks. Which means line inside is extremely long. This is made even worse by the fact that they have one line and incompetent staff! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! read more

Can you give a negative 5 stars? Because even that is way too high. My doctor electronically sent in prescriptions for me at 8:45 am, during the middle of the week...was told it would be ready in hour....called them at 12:45 pm and was told it would be ready in a hour......got text from them at 2 pm that they were out of 1 prescription, when I called to find out which one and where else I can get it was told "ohhhh no we have that one" (as soon as they knew I was going somewhere else)....was told all of my prescriptions would be ready in a hour....when I asked why everyone keeps saying that the clerk snapped at me....calling my insurance company to see if I can go anywhere else on the planet then here. It has a Minute Clinic -- awesome. Not all CVS's do. This one has everything actually. And it's a brand-new store. The pharmacists and pharm techs are genuinely helpful. So that's enough for me to choose CVS over its two competitors, which are literally across the street. read more

Worst pharmacy I've ever seen. Always seems short staff and appears constantly going through pharmacists. Don't know if this is something with all CVS stores but makes Walgreens look much better. One star is even too much for this place. The pharmacy always "under staffed", they don't communicate with you properly, prescriptions are never ready at the requested time, and they're always insanely slow. They've put me on hold for a call for over 20 minutes before. I've had to wait in their drive through for 30+ minutes today, then when the car before me got to the window they had a full blown friendly chat like they were at lunch! 24 hour pharmacys are tricky. Yea you get what ever O.T.C. Supplies you may need at 3am but you dont get the same help from employees due to the coverage of employees dropping. If an employee is helping someone or finishing their work they wont be able to help you. But i love to shop when places are empty and quiet so i was in heaven. But when i needed help finding something the sales associate was no where around, (eventually coming to help after some time) Other than that little issue I enjoyed the cleanliness of the cvs. They take pride in keeping that location clean and that is excellent in my book. read more

they have a recording and it tells me my adderall is ready and the day and time. so i go to pick it up and they laugh at you and say ohhh. im sorry our recordings are not accurate. we dont have any of your medication , check back in a day or two or four or maybe a week. im sorry our pharmacy sends you a recording saying your medication is ready to pick up. They're not very friendly and it's not a good shopping experience to go here. Not only is everything more costly than at Walgreens, they make you fill out a bunch of information to use their discount card. We took our son to see Ms. Samantha, the friendly nurse practitioner at he Minute Clinic. The best bed-side manners I've seen in a long time, even from my own physician. It's clear that she loves her job and has a passion for helping those who are feel better. She was patient with providing instruction on the meds and how to do a nasal cleaning. Encouraging with a large heart she was able to connect with both of my children and sooth this anxious mother. If only she lived in our home town 'cause I'd go to her all the time. The pharmacist who works there is a lying sack of poo. I had an ear infection and used the VA mission act and used urgent care. So I see the doctor with no problem but when I went to get my medication nothing but a problem. It start with the African American female who when I tried to show her my VA card immediately shook her head and said they don't take tricare there. Keep in mind I already confirmed that this particular CVS is in the VA mission act network. When I stated this wasn't TRICARE this is VA she walked off. Then a yuh younger Caucasian Male came who I guess ran my stuff but it came back I was expired but that is impossible because I am still a veteran. I insist this can't be right and he walks off. Then the pharmacist comes. He prints the paper that says I expired 6/30/2019. NEVER DO THEY SAY THAT I CAN PAY OUT OF POCKET. I call the CVS customer care line to tell them about the rude disrespectful treatment that I received and that is the first time that I learn that I can pay for the medicine I need. So I go back in and pay for the meds. I also filed a complaint with the VA because why do you have me expired on 6/30/2019? Today the VA responds to my complaint and to better understand CVS system they call while I am on the phone. The pharmacist gets on the phone saying they tried to help me but it was the weekend and I was told to call back on Monday. He doesn't know why I was so dead bent on getting the medicine that day. Hello my ear/whole left side of face hurts you idiot. He went on to say he told me that the medicine was $6 but I couldn't even afford that. Why you big fat liar. I hope you get treated the same way I was treated. I will never go to that CVS again. I do not recommend anyone who wants to be treated with respect and common decency go there. HORRIBLE pharmacy. They do not refill when they say they are and if you need to speak with a pharmacist (or anyone in the pharmacy) there is a consistent 20+ minute hold. The drive thru line is SLOW. No follow through. Poor (or no) follow through. read more

Rudest place I've ever been . I had a money gram sent to me from my mother and I went to the kiosk and performed all the actions needed to receive my money. I proceeded to the cashier to collect my money and after waiting in a line for twenty minutes, the cashier said "I'm sorry I don't have enough money in my drawer" without checking. I thought maybe she knew what was in her drawer. So fair enough. She then asked me to stand to the side while she takes care of other customers!!! Not just one or two ! 6 and even completed a passport photo for a man. I told her I had my daughter in the car and how real of an inconvenience this was. She then preceded to tell me that "maybe I shouldn't leave my kids in the car" . I know I don't have to give her an explanation because she was in the car with her father. Walked in yesterday evening and was greeted immediately after walking in. I had to stop in here to pick up some medicine. I'm not used to going to pharmacies to pick up meds but this process was nice and simple for me. I went to Patient First about an hour earier to get some xrays done because I was in a car accident earlier and they prescribed me some muscle relaxers. they sent the order to CVS and when I got there the order was ready for me to pick up (sorry for backtracking) I provided my pharmacy card and enrolled in their extra care card and went about my business. Everyone was very pleasant here. Maybe I'll shop here in the future but I'll definitely be back whenever I need my subscriptions fill. read more

This is the worst CVS I've ever been to. Usually I have no problem with the chain of stores but this location is horrible. They function like they're always understaffed but they have just as many employees working as any other CVS. The scripts are never ready when they say they will be. If there are two cars ahead of you in the drive thru you might as well go home or go grab a bite to eat because you'll be waiting half an hour. Same with the phone. They put me on hold for 30 minutes and I would've stayed on just for the fun of seeing how long they would let me sit on hold but I had to leave the house. They aren't friendly. They aren't apologetic. I switched to Harborview Pharmacy even though they don't have a drive thru and I have a baby so it's slightly inconvenient - still 110% better than this CVS and the pharmacists are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. read more

Just wanted to give a review for a pharmacy tech Summer Jackson who went above and beyond to help me with obtaining my medication before being deployed tomorrow. My doctor forgot to call it in and she called them personally and went and picked up my medicine from another store on her lunch break to prevent misunderstanding. This is a very new and tidy CVS. In the past, I normally did not go to CVS because, in Florida, they were always dirty and funky smellin'. No no, not this one. Everything is super shiny and bright, organized and logically planned. The first time in, all the staff were busy stocking but quickly noticed that I needed to check out and they did so quickly and efficiently, providing me a new card considering I had long since discarded my old one. The second time in, we all got our flu shots and the process was easy. we checked in and filled out all the necessary info via a digital kiosk type thing and the nurse who gave the shots verified everything and collected insurance info when we went into the little minute clinic. all four of us took less than half an hour and the nurse was really nice, educated, and efficient. We also received a 20% off shopping pass for receiving flu shots so we purchased a few items afterward while we waited to make sure there were no weird flu shot side effects. They also have an actual USAA atm in the store by the register...fyi. pretty cool. read more

This store is cleaner than previous locations I've been to. I went to go to the MinuteClinic inside. The nurse at the clinic was friendly and tried to help as much as possible. However, they are limited to what they can help with. She prescribed ibuprofen, but it never made it to the pharmacy by the next day so it could never be filled. Luckily, it was something I could get OTC and increase the dosage. Overall, I liked the people and if I have minor cuts or need flu shots, I would return. read more
