I cannot believe how bad this pharmacy is. I don't know if these people are dealing with an extremely messed up app or what but I just spent 2 HOURS inside of this pharmacy trying to get prescriptions filled that were CALLED IN AT TEN A.M. After calling this place for SEVEN HOURS STRAIGHT I was forced to have to go inside. Once inside I realized they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES. Because I hear the announcement that there are phone calls for the pharmacy that are all ignored. But I honestly blame the app because the woman who had to help me was completely fed up long long before I finally made it to be waited on! The app had given me 8 profiles since I had been trying to find my prescriptions! I honestly don't even know where to begin. All I can say is that NO ONE WHO NEEDS PSYCH MEDS SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT 2 HOURS TO GET THEM ONCE THEY ENTER THE DAMN PHARMACY!!! read more

The location is convenient, even if a little confusing to find the entrance to. The store is clean and well-lit and well staffed. The drive-up prescription pickup window is a little congested these days, possibly because of Covid? They have two lanes but I hardly ever see both of them open. Lenny in the pharmacy really helped me sort out a confusing issue with one of my prescriptions. He went above and beyond to make the situation clear for me. Thank you for your efforts! read more

They almost never have the pills I need for my prescription to be refilled. After putting my meds on auto refill and then having them changed this place still calls me for pills I haven't even taken in a year even though I tell them every time to remove me from their refill list. Other than that, they have a nice clean store compared to many others I have been to and their designer salon product selection is huge! Love it. read more

Don't bother getting prescription filled here. They are guaranteed to screw it up. They have screwed up everything from my insulin (life support) the just basic prescribed cough medicine. read more

I took the cell phone in while on the phone with my doctor's office to prove the scripts had been sent not once but 3 times only to have some out of control screaming small man tell me that not only am I lying but the nurses on the phone saying they were sent are lying as well. waiting 4 days for blood pressure and water pills is unacceptable. The nasty little man was screaming and so out of control wouldn't fill the scripts I had everything transferred out, went to Walmart had them in 15 minutes. The new little pharmacist man up there is nothing but a tyrant on a power trip it's actually scary for someone to be playing around like that when they're dealing in a medical field. I have never in my entire life wintnessed any medical professional act like that in my life. I'm thrilled the nurses at the doctors office we're still on speaker and heard it all... coincidentally as she was transferring the scripts another nurse came in to tell her someone else needed to be transferred out of redners bc of the awful treatment from the staff. Clearly they are the issue. Sad.. I used them for nearly 20 years. But no one deserves treatment like that.

Consistent delays and lies in the office of promised dayes and calls. No calls since the order was purchased. Finally I gave up forst of Dec, yes, December. Tried calling, now closed during the week even though I was told in Oct that they would be open thru out the winter. Omission of details is still lying. I called my credit card to start the chargeback process, found another company to deliver. Ordered on a Monday, delivered on Thursday. But guess what, now suddenly Floods deivered their order. No calls, no communications. Again, something has changed. Please be aware and get everything in writing and be prepared for legal path if contract is not fullfilled. Horrible experience and will no longer do any business with this unprofessional company.
