I came to pick up my prescription using the curbside service, like I always have in the past. This…read moretime, I parked in the reserved spot and called the number on the sign. The phone rang and rang. I called back 5 times and left it ring for at least 2 minutes each time. On the 6th try, someone finally answered. I told her that I was there to pick up my prescription and she responded with "well, you're going to be waiting a while cuz I am the only one here". She offers no solution at all and there is silence. I ask again if there is any way because I need this medication today. She again has no answer. What?? I have my two kids with me (ages 1 and 4) that I would rather not drag through the rain to go in to the store. I don't know why they offer this service if they aren't able to have enough staff to run it. I find this unacceptable and wouldn't recommend this service to anyone unless they have nowhere to be that day.

But 7 whole times, and finally got an answer, but transferred to the electronics center. All that just to get NO answer. Ive never been let down more in my life. I am very upset and expected more from a place which meant so much to me at a point. All those purchases down the drain once i saw how rude the employers could be, to a regular like me. I am disappointed , distraught, and deranged. This has been keeping me up all day. I havent sleep in almost a week now. Please do better

I don't know if…read morethese people are dealing with an extremely messed up app or what but I just spent 2 HOURS inside of this pharmacy trying to get prescriptions filled that were CALLED IN AT TEN A.M. After calling this place for SEVEN HOURS STRAIGHT I was forced to have to go inside. Once inside I realized they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES. Because I hear the announcement that there are phone calls for the pharmacy that are all ignored. But I honestly blame the app because the woman who had to help me was completely fed up long long before I finally made it to be waited on! The app had given me 8 profiles since I had been trying to find my prescriptions! I honestly don't even know where to begin. All I can say is that NO ONE WHO NEEDS PSYCH MEDS SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT 2 HOURS TO GET THEM ONCE THEY ENTER THE DAMN PHARMACY!!!

The drive-up prescription pickup window is a little congested these days, possibly because of Covid? They have two lanes but I hardly ever see both of them open. Lenny in the pharmacy really helped me sort out a confusing issue with one of my prescriptions. He went above and beyond to make the situation clear for me. Thank you for your efforts!

I took the cell phone in while on the phone with my doctor's office to prove the scripts had been sent not once but 3 times only to have some out of control screaming small man tell me that not only am I lying but the nurses on the phone saying they were sent are lying as well. waiting 4 days for blood pressure and water pills is unacceptable. The nasty little man was screaming and so out of control wouldn't fill the scripts I had everything transferred out, went to Walmart had them in 15 minutes. The new little pharmacist man up there is nothing but a tyrant on a power trip it's actually scary for someone to be playing around like that when they're dealing in a medical field. I have never in my entire life wintnessed any medical professional act like that in my life. I'm thrilled the nurses at the doctors office we're still on speaker and heard it all... coincidentally as she was transferring the scripts another nurse came in to tell her someone else needed to be transferred out of redners bc of the awful treatment from the staff. Clearly they are the issue. Sad.. I used them for nearly 20 years. But no one deserves treatment like that.
