Roxanne was very helpful when we came in on Friday for an upgrade. They got the phone ordered that I wanted, it was all seamless. I don't know the other woman's name that helped me but they also helped me pick out phone cases and camera lens protectors which was fun, there was a huge selection to choose from! Very happy with the service received at this location. read more

I have been an at&t customer for over 15 years. I recently dropped my phone and wanted to replace it with an upgraded version. The sales associated told me I couldn't upgrade until 3 months. Other locations that I been at let me upgrade as long as I purchased a new phone. I was willing to pay the $30, but when she showed me the phones they did not match the phones online. She told me that it was only the sale online. I got frustrated and told her to cancel my plan, she then told me she couldn't do that, I would have to call customer service. In the middle of a pandemic I don't know why she couldn't work with me. I was willing to make the trip for in person customer service, but didn't get any. read more

BUYER BEWARE: zero starts if possible. They have an older blonde woman who's name is Sarah, and she lies about getting customers a "great deal" into new contracts, with a phone trade, and claims there will be no extra charges but those paid at the time of purchase, as well as monthly payments to be made. I have been contracted by a credit company recently about a line that this technician was suppose to close, not being closed while switching to a family plan!! As well as a new amount that is owed in the phone. Very upsetting that this is her way of making an extra dollar. More training should be done at this location, or maybe a review of the staff. read more

I also witnessed them be the same to a store worker who tried to plead my case. Cannot wait to get away from them! WORST company I have ever dealt with. I accidentally paid twice for one month and tried to pay the second month with the overage. Even though I had receipts, they refused to acknowledge that payment and threatened to shut my phone off. I have forwarded my complaint to the PA Attorney Generals office!!!

Went to start service on 8/4 and worked with Michael who is one of the best reps I've ever had to deal with in a phone store. I got my iPhone X and I went in on 8/6 to upgrade my fiancées phone which Michael and his manager did everything to make it possible. This is honestly the only store I will go to because the employees are so nice and you can tell they aren't trying to sell you things you don't need.
