[[HIGHLIGHT]]The gentleman who delivered the walker to me was very polite and respectful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]However, customer service and the company in general is awful![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was told the walker was a purchase. Then I received a bill showing it was NOT a purchase but a rental instead. And, they charged extra for the seat that is attached to the walker! I contacted the company multiple times and each time was told "You signed the paperwork and received a copy." I never signed any paperwork, I sogned a tablet. And when I signed, I was NEVER told it was a rental. I was told to expect a bill for a dollar and some change, which was never received. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The people at the number on the paper bill transferred me to the local office, saying this was a local office error.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It took 4 calls and two messages to be told the manager would call...which he never did.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I finally was able to reach him. He told me he would submit to have the charges removed. He also arranged for the walker to be picked up as I was NOT going to pay what they were saying the cost would be total at the end of 13 months rental. No one showed up to pick up the walker. I called again and was told the date the manager gave me was not anything they ever had on their schedule. They then scheduled a new date to pick it up. I received another bill and called again and was told the manager never requested the charges be removed. This company is terrible. They refused to pick up my O2 concentrator that was malfunctioning without a Dr. RX. Because I didn't want to pay a 300 office visit to get a doctor order, I had to return it myself. I had to lift the very heavy concentrator in and out of my car. Then bend over and roll it up a long ramp. I have damage in my spine and the heavy lifting resulted in chronic back pain. When I got in the office with 2 young grandchildren with me, there was no one at the front desk The employee was in an room right next to me with the door closed. I know she heard me and my busy grandbabies. I could hear people talking in the room. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I waited 20 minutes for someone to help me and when I finally knocked on the door, the rep came out and was extremely rude and told me I'd have to wait because she was "busy with a customer."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I was finally assisted, I had to prove that my account was paid in full, which I did by showing the receipts from my credit card.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My balance was paid in full when I returned it, but I got a bill recently stating I haven't paid the last 3 statements. Great service, frindley folks. If you have trouble with your CPap machine or other CPap equipment. Stop in and they will help you. Mask doesn't fit right, take it to them and they will help you out. Was diagnosed with sleep apnea and given a CPAP machine. The problem was the way the headgear fit would wake me up every time I moved. I went to be fitted for different gear and was told by Rotech that they could send it directly to me. It should be two weeks. My wife called them after 4 weeks and was told that it would take them 6-8 weeks to get the products. I can order a 40' container of aquariums from China and get it here faster. Poor customer service and worse in returning calls. I've left 3 messages so far. This place is amazing. I just received an automated call about re-ordering supplies. It's been over 9 weeks and I still haven't received my order that I was fitted for on August 15th. Well at least it's the same year. read more

I have been struggling with being billed for equipment I no longer have and also have received a letter from a collections agency for a cpap that I was told was fully paid by my insurance company. I have called both Billing and the Prescott office many, many times trying to get this resolved, always with a promise for help and nothing is being resolved. I've spent over 10 hours on the phone (during my workdays) over the last 3 months trying to get this resolved. I don't know where else to turn. read more

For anyone leaving needing CPAP supplies, medical supplies ROTECH at The crossings in Prescott is outstanding , with excellent superb customer service . They by far exceeded my expectations. Since I switched from preferred Homecare providers which absolutely made my life a misery for the past four and a half years where I had nothing but problems and issues one after the other. With the WORST customer service ever ! SINCE SWITCHING TO ROTECH they have made getting my supplies a breeze and a pleasure. I cannot say enough good things about them I wish I would have been able to switch sooner. As for Preferred home Care providers there is absolutely nothing preferred about them, the worst company ever run by incompetent people.! read more

March 29th, Colby found the large old breathing machine had a broken valve for sometime. It was Not helping me breath at all! This company is the worst. I was diagnosed with Apnea and was given a CPAP machine. I have had the same tubing, headgear and nasal pillow for 5 months, I tried to order new supplies and was told I cant because I am 'non compliant'. So I cant use my machine without supplies but I cant get supplies because Im not using my machine. And they are still billing me for it. read more

I received some oxygen equipment for temporary use from Rotech through the hospital. The equipment was returned almost 10 months ago(Jan 14th) and I am still sent a bill every other month. I have called in and each agent say the issue is handled until I get another bill the next month. Obviously, they do not attach notes to the account in their system. I get overdue notices stating the bill will go to collections. I really don't see how they are still in business. The equipment was required to be maintained/serviced by me after delivery as there were empty tanks delivered and I was told I needed to change the gear to the other full tanks myself as they would not be sending a tech to change the gear. OSHA states the oxygen tanks are to be serviced by trained agents only but I needed to breathe so I had no choice. Would never recommend this business to anyone. read more

Awful customer service! They never answer their phones & do not return calls for days! I left 3 messages in 3 days, Friday, Monday & Tuesday and no one had called me back. Finally, Brian returned my call that Tuesday afternoon & said they never received the order from the doctor even though the doctors office said they sent it last Thursday. He said he would get it faxed over & have it delivered on Friday. If there was any problem, he would let me know & I never heard anything else from them for the rest of the week. Waited all morning Friday & they did not show up as promised. So, I called the office back that afternoon & spoke to Elizabeth who said she did to see us on the schedule & put me on hold while she checked with Brian. Next thing I am transferred to a voice mail where I had to leave another message. Still trying to get ahold of them right now as I type this review, called 5 more times with no answer just an answering machine!! I got COVID November 2021 and went to the VA emergency. After medical attention I wasn't hospitalized and they sent me home. A few hours later I received a delivery from All Care Respiratory with a ton of oxygen equipment. I have never used the equipment and have called All Care Respiratory 6 times for a pickup. Every time I call, they said someone will contact me for a pickup date, well in the last 11 months and six phone calls from me they have still not called or picked it up. I contacted the VA and they faxed an order for a pickup of the equipment and gave me a phone number to call to schedule a date. I called and made an appointment for the following Friday, and they would call Friday morning to let me know what time they would pick it up. They never showed up and when I called them, they told me I wasn't on the pickup list for Friday would I be available for pickup the following Monday. DEFINITELY YES. Monday, I called them because they have not called me for the time of the pickup. They told me I missed the morning pickup but they could pick it up that afternoon or if that wasn't coinvent they could pick it up next Friday. They have since changed their name (for obvious reasons) to Rotech. I'm still waiting for that phone call Monday afternoon. The guy didn't call but he did show up later that afternoon to pickup the equipment. I give this company a -10 stars. read more
