The service I have recieved from the regular staff there has been nothing short of exceptional. They know my name & greet me with a smile each time i pick up there. It is the small town feel for sure. It makes a normally unpleasant errand fun & something i look forward to. If there is an issue with a script, they are always willing to work with me while still maintaining their perameters of work. The relationship with the pharmacy is just as important as the relationship with the physician. I don't know what i would do if i ever had to switch pharmacies. They have even had the same core staff there for years! That tells you something. I appreciate thst they treat people with respect & never judge you or look at you a certain way based on the scripts you fill.

They are constantly making me play phone tag back and forth with my doctor's office. There's always some kind of issue with my prescriptions. When I go to Costco. It's not worth saving the money. Plus I have to drive 45 minutes to get there. There are plenty of pharmacies around where I live and I think it's totally worth it to pay a little bit more for service with a smile! Screw Costco pharmacy literally! I've been a Costco family member for years now and it pains me to be treated so poorly. They try to act like it's my fault that they don't have my medication. I don't like to be blamed for their faults. I just need my freaking medication and I can't get it. Now. I was cold. I may have to wait three more days. This is psychiatric medication. Whether it be medication, beauty supplies, or food - their selection of these items are the best around. This is in addition to the normal drug store staples of beauty, drug, cosmetics, seasonal items,etc. They also have a pharmacy which I've never used. Hubby likes the fitness supplements and protein powders. Their selection of these items are pretty plentiful too. Prices are kinda all over the place, depending on the product but overall probably higher than say going to CVS. Often they will have a double page ad of coupons in the Clipper so look for it for additional savings on select items. When I was dumbfounded on where to find essential oils I found them here. Selection is fairly good although there were several I bought on ebay either because Savemart didn't carry them or the price was better. So why 4 stars and not 5? For me I hate their parking lot. The layout is poorly designed. Secondly the isles are close together and crammed. The place is usually crowded and its hard to find help. Lastly the security guy at the front door checking your purchase when you leave. Is theft that prevalent here that that's necessary?

My husband went there and waited 45 minutes in a line of 30 people. my husband had a fractured back years ago. They only had one employee working the counter. We decided this was not for us. We switched to CVS. But, our hospital sent a script to Weis. Asked to have it sent to CVS. Weis said CVS had to call them. They did, and Weis they would do it when they had time. I needed the script for husband to be done so I could pick them up the same time at CVS. I asked the CVS pharmacist to call Weis and ask if this last time they could refill it for husband because I couldn't wait for Weis to drag their heels with the transfer. The poor CVS pharmacist on the phone said to Weis oh I'm sorry. I know, I know. It was a tremendous inconvenience to the Weis pharmacist and they let everyone know it. They need a course in customer service. I was a dietitian. You don't treat patients this way. I m calling the manager and visiting the corporate offices in Sunbury to speak to someone about this experience. If not for the kindness of an office employee at Weis who walked over to the pharmacy to see what was going on, and the one kind employee at the pharmacy counter it would have been a very cruel experience. The two pharmacists were total snobs! Go elsewhere!​

Unsightly like this, it could deter potential customers. Stepping inside, I was pleasantly surprised by the large variety of items. It essentially is a low-cost grocery store, organized as a grocery store, unlike an industrial warehouse type of business. Prices of some items were too high considering the dollar store within the plaza. For example, a gallon of Turkey Hill iced tea cost $2.99. That is no bargain compared to non-outlet groceries and dollar stores. Paper and plastic goods were reasonably marked down, although environmentally unfriendly Styrofoam is too abundant. There appear to be a number of homeless people near this establishment entrance. It is very sad to know there are people suffering no matter the events leading up to their situation. I think this establishment could partner with community organizations on supporting disadvantaged.
