CVS has gone completely automated. You cannot call in and get a live representative or someone in the pharmacy. You now have to leave a voicemail, Very disappointing and not customer friendly. I will no longer use their pharmacy unless I cannot obtain the medication I need elsewhere. read more

This is a RETAIL location, right?!? You would think, with the onerous markups CVS places on their medication, that they could afford the staff to stagger lunch hours. If that is not the case, maybe they can take the effort to publish hours that accurately reflects when they are actually open so that their CUSTOMERS can plan accordingly. read more

The price of my prescription was surprisingly reasonable. The woman at the prescription pickup counter was extremely RUDE.

I want to start by saying this review is looooooooong overdue. I don't like to leave bad reviews unless well-warranted, that's why you won't see many reviews under my account, but I've done lost my patience with this location! First off, I'm not here to complain about the employees, because I'd be willing to bet they're over-worked. If you do a little research, you will see this seems to be a big problem with CVS in general (a lot of info. on Reddit and Quora; many posts are made to complain about this corporation. Yes, working for CVS has many benefits, but one of the drawbacks seems to be that employees are overwhelmed, and if you factor in all the self-important customers who want to rant at the employees, well, you'll probably realize why (as, according to some of the reviews on here, and due to my own personal experience) the pharmacy staff might be a bit rude. I don't think anybody EVER considers what the employees are dealing with while working for a corporation that's looking at its bottom line. And whether you're a mask-wearer or not, I think we all should be able to agree that many things changed with that whole pand-y, and CVS is one of the conglomerates who've realized they can get away with less and make more. That is why I'm taking the time to add my 1-star review to the fairly long list of complaints. I'm tired of waiting all day to get my prescription - this is NOT convenient, AT ALL! And since they quit rotating employees and just plumb shut down for lunch, that slows them down, too. We're the ones who let this company get away with what they're doing. And of course, CVS is among one of the most expensive pharmacies if you're someone who pays out-of-pocket. I use my health insurance at CVS, and GoodRX Gold at another location (for a migraine med, of which I need more than nine damned tablets!), and if you use GoodRX's app/site to compare prices, you will see just how far they knock costs right out of the park. And if you're an angsty customer, please stop yelling at staff and taking it out on them - you're only making it worse. Nobody wants to deal with angry customers who think the staff is just lazy, and so you're not going to get anywhere with that. Retail is heII, I'm sure they have managers cracking a whip. Leave your reviews, and call the corpos to complain. I am simply sick and tired of them being out-of-stock, or checking in only to find that my script is still in the "preparing" phase. They need more employees. I hate to sound like I'm some old bitty (no offense to old bitties), because I'm not, but things sure have changed in less than 10 years with this place, and certainly in 20. I'm seriously considering moving my scripts to the small business at Village Shires; the only reason I haven't is because I have a long-standing history with CVS and I'm on particular meds, and that long-standing history is beneficial for my Drs. as well, but I want to get away from them and they're pushing me. I'd rather lift up the small businesses, so I'm going to have a talk with my new Drs. as my previous family doctor has retired recently. I should have left CVS at least four years ago while he was still treating me so I didn't have to factor that in as a reason to stay. read more

I am writing a complain about the specific Pharmacist from CVS located 1034 SECOND STREET PIKE, RICHBORO, PA 18954, name Erica. This is not the first time she is being rude and discriminates against me personally. She constantly mistakes with my prescriptions. I stayed in line to receive my prescription which was out of stock since October 31. A pharmacy employee brought my meds and told me I must pay $1000.00 plus dollars because they don't have my insurance information (how come? I was there last week to get my other meds.), I handled my insurance card again and I was told I must wait a few minutes. I continued to wait in the drive through line, pharmacist Erica came to the window and told me I must get out from her pharmacy drive through line and go back at the end of line, please keep in mind, I received text message that my meds were ready to pick up. I told her that I would like to wait, and Erica sass, got out of my pharmacy, or she would call the cops. I parked my car and went inside to ask to be transferred to another pharmacy, Erica sass she will be glad to do so and ask pharmacy to call her when my meds were already ready, and it was no line to hold other customers. read more

Absolutely terrible service; the pharmacy is staffed by people that seem to hate people and don't want to be there. They consistently forget to use our insurance for our prescriptions and get seemingly mad when we ask why we're charged full list price for the prescription. They realized their mistake and asked me to go to the back of the line (for the third time) so they can re-bill it. Also, compare prices through the likes of GoodRx and you'll find they're consistently way more expensive for nearly everything than every other pharmacy read more

Unbelievable!!! 6 days late to receive my very critical prescription. Waited in state postponing my vacation because I kept being told one more day, one more day then 1 o'clock 2 o'clock 4 o'clock 5 o'clock then "later tonight", now it's delivered but they are willing to unpack it until tmro....who knows what will happen then???!!!! I cud have sent the script to another chain at any point if they had been competent enough to give me accurate info. Scary to think people who are so incapable of the most basic accountability are in charge of powerful, important, life-giving or fatal drugs! read more

Prescription takes forever to fill. Horrible unfriendly stuff. CVS only works for people with a whole bunch of free time willing to wait.

Absolutely the worst CVS on the planet!!! Miserable pharmacists!! Horrible customer service! They don't answer their phone in the pharmacy, forcing you to drive there to refill a prescription that can't be filled online or on the phone...Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful! This one particular CVS needs to be shut down and retooled! Revamp the damn place- it's horrible! read more

Here again, pharmacy still the slowest in town. BY FAR. Need a new manager, please. Always a long wait in the store or drive through.

This is honestly the worst CVS on the planet. My review is based solely on the pharmacy, and it is a complete mess. Things are never ready when they are supposed to be, the line is always incredibly long (god forbid they put another cashier on), and no one seems to know what they are doing, there's no sense of order whatsoever. I even made the mistake of coming here for a flu shot. I sat and waited for 30 minutes and no one came to administer it so I left. I always feel bad for the one male cashier, he takes the brunt of everyone's frustration, when it's not his fault at all, it's all of the people working in the pharmacy that don't have a clue.
